Great value
The course was in great shape but the pace of play was a bit slow.
Early Friday morning
6:48am Tee Time. First person off #1. Played by myself. 2 1/2 hours for 18. Course is in great condition. A few (very few) thin spots but nothing to complain about. This is my “home course” that I play tii to locally once a week. Beautiful location, great conditions and a good value.
As Expected
Course is in generally good condition given the dry weather. Greens were slower than normal and a little inconsistent. Bunkers are very good, consistent and well taken care of.
Playing regularly
Very close to my home so it is very convenient. However, I would drive 45 minutes to play here. I regularly play as a single and I book tee times before 7:00am. Always done in 3 hours or less. Normally playing as fast as I can move. Course is in good condition for this time of the year. And considering the dry June and heat of July Tee boxes are in good shape with limited problem areas. Fairways are green and lush. Well kept and cut. One or two of the fringes around green have a few issues but nothing that I haven’t experienced at other courses. Great value for money. Fair course to all who play.
Course in great condition. Tee times overbooked.
Beautiful day for golf. Almost 6 hours for my twosome to finish the round because we sat two groups deep on EVERY hole. The group in front of us was 5...three groups behind us was a group of 6! Sunday golf always takes longer, but this was a little much.
Whipped through 18 in 2.5 hours.
I played during a period of extreme heat but was able to get one of the earliest tee times, so weather was not bad at all. The fairways were pretty dry, but still very playable…made for good rollout, so I appreciated the extra distance. Greens were in excellent shape. I consider Manada one of the best values for the money in the area. Holed out for a birdie from 95 yards out on number 9.
Great local course
Well established course that I first played 45 years ago. Well maintained - fairways, greens and tee boxes. I play mid week and this course always has available times. They will allow you to play solo. If you are in the area, it is a great course to visit. But if you live here, the course is never “old”
A Fond Return
I haven’t played this course in 5-6 years. It was a nostalgic return for me; and I played a round of 28 in just under 3.5 hours.
Tee boxes were a bit uneven, and the greens were firm. It made the course play challenging, and reminded me that we do need rain.
Highly recommend the course for the value.
Always Enjoy Playing Here
I've played Manada Golf Course several times now. I really enjoy the course layout. The course is open, but there are well placed water hazards, trees and sand traps. It pays to know the hazard distances, especially the waterways.
Playing in late April, the course hasn't peaked for the year yet. We have also struggled with rain this spring, winter and last summer which is never helpful for course conditions.
