Kimberton Golf Club
About
Kimberton Golf Club, which opened in 1962, has stood the test of time. Well known golf course designer George Fazio created a nice mix of holes about 45 minutes northwest of Philadelphia. The golf course isn't overly long and doesn't feature a lot of trouble, but it's long on fun. The signature par-4 third, a dogleg right around woods, is a pretty hole and worth the trip. Kimberton Golf Club is a just good old-fashioned, Philadelphia-style golf course.

Beautiful Day
Course was in good shape and the greens were outstanding! I couldn’t believe the shape they were in with all the hot dry weather we have had! The greens rolled really true!
Enjoyed it , very nice condition
Little far to drive to but it was worth it. Enjoyable day. No complaints.
The course was in great shape.
It was a little far to drive to but it was worth the trip. The course was in great shape. Fairways were green and tee boxes well kept. Greens were tricky and fast. We enjoyed the day and will be back.
Great day at Kimberton
Played with Grandson, very enjoyable round. Played in 3 1/2 hours. Course is in great shape, both greens and fairways. Staff was very friendly. We’ll be back.
Great Spring Golf
Green trus and maybe a bit hard. Tee boxes and fairways in great shape as are the bunker-now if we can only get golfers to rake them after use! Great weekday round.
Tee Boxes are horrible
Had not played here for two years and I was surprised at how they had not improved ghe tee boxes. Boxes were not defined and very rough and uneven.
Kimberton Golf Club
Course was in very good shape. Greens were very good for playing in March. Will go back to play again for sure.
Open course
This course is so open and for being off season kept up with pretty well. Staff is super friendly. Was a little confusing finding the clubhouse on our first visit but after that we were fine. Only thing I would complain about is we had a 11:42am tee time and could only walk which was fine. But my buddy lost one of his club covers and when we got back to the clubhouse to let them know it was locked, lights turned off and no one around, it was just before 4pm.
Fast greens
Kimberton is an interesting course. Initially, the course looks fairly easy. Mostly level fairways, not too many hazards and wide open. Then you get to the greens. Most of these greens were lightning fast. I’m not complaining but I didn’t expect such speed on the greens at this course. So, just beware. Overall, a fun little golf course!
Very Basic Track
First time playing this track and it was just average. None of the holes were memorable. Very flat terrain. Some water holes. Like I say, nothing remarkable or memorable. The greens were surprisingly in very nice shape, albeit 100% frozen as it is winter here in the Philadelphia area.
Kimberton golf course.
The course was in good shape.. The pro shop could have been more professional. But overall it was a nice fun day of golf.
