About
Middletown Country Club has been one of Bucks County's major golfing destinations for more than a century. Originally designed as a nine-hole golf course in 1913 by Scottish architect Alexander Findlay, the second nine was added three years later. In the many years since opening, the golf course has undergone renovations by both George Fazio and Stephen Kay. This tough course is proof that a layout doesn't have to be 7,500-plus yards to be a challenge. Although the Middletown C.C. golf course plays to a seemingly modest yardage of 6,217 from the back tees, the rolling terrain provided by its location in the scenic Neshaminy Valley makes the course seem much longer. The small greens have plenty of undulations and you'll also be faced with a variety of uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies. There are also towering trees looming above the fairways and water comes into play throughout the golf course as well.

Greens are in great shape
Haven’t played Middletown in years, but I’ll definitely go back. Green‘s were in great shape tea boxes not so great but overall, the course was a pretty good shape.
Great day of golf
First time on the course and had a great day. Not a bad course to start at as a beginner. Learned some things along the way. Would play there again for sure.
Course is in the best shape it’s been in years! Greens were good and challenging, fairways were good rough grass a little high (hard to find ball)
I’ve been playing a Middletown for over a decade. We actually stopped going for a couple years because of the conditions, but we’re happy to see that they have improved the quality of the course.
Condition
It's my hometown course, I try to come back home a couple of times a year. This course is great, Middletown had a big storm the night before but, they got the course ready to play It was a little slow playing.
I just wish the 19th hole was open a little later, we we're very hungry when we done playing. Everyone is always nice
People were jumping around from hole to hole today. Playing whatever hole they wanted and not caring if it was in front of us or not.
Tee boxes 👎
Greens and fairways were in pretty good shape. Tee boxes were as bad as ever. Wondering if they are ever going to fix them? Course is in better shape than it has been in recent years though. Overall I think it’s way overpriced for a par 69 with bad tee boxes.
Tough Greens, Beautiful Older Course
It was easy to see how well Middletown is maintained. Plush fairways and nicely mown greens. It seems like every single fairway slants to the right, and there isn't a flat green to be found. While the greens are smaller, once you were on them was a difficult task to putt out in two. Challenging for a newcomer to the course, but still fun.
