The Poconos Club

Played here once before, very hilly course . Some holes require carry but can be done. Course is within a community and there are some very long cart rides between holes. It was described to me to be 13 miles!!! Really does seem like that. Still it is a very nice course to play but some extra balls may be needed.

Fairways and greens were shaggy ad had not been cut,

We had carts coming Back towards our holes ( 2 groups on different holes). Apparently incapable of following the markings which guide players to the “next hole”….

Then there are the “slow players”… duffers - not golfers.

No rangers presence to alleviate our situation, so our game suffers while the clueless advance their ball forward by 10 / 20 yard increments.

On a good note: . Being on the golf course despite aerated greens, slow players and lost players weren’t enough to spoil our day of golf!

Highly recommend this course.

Challenging and beautiful mountain course with a good mix in styles and some well protected holes.

You cannot walk this course; you end up drive 14 miles in your cart!

We drove 75 miles to play there...We'll be back.

Miss the fairway and you are done. The dense woods are very close the fairways. Take extra balls.

The clubhouse is nice.

The course is difficult with high grass on each side of the fairway. The course was not maintained as well as it should be. Meaning the grass, divots and some holes around. There has been a lot of rain so things should have been roped off to stop people from riding in specific areas.

Be prepared to ride all over the neighborhood to get from hole to hole. I might have been ok with that except I had just driven 2 hours.

Short course under 6K yards from the back tees, but you better hit em’ straight or you’ll be playing provisionals all day. Target golf to the fullest, only hit driver 3 times. Course was in good condition.

Great Golf course, good rate and very good views. The four of us play this course twice during the week we are staying at Pocono Hills Resort. 5 Stars for sure.

Great views. Interesting holes. Strange set up. You have to drive a lot between holes. Had a great time.

Beauutiful course, short and lots of hills. Decent condition but a bit slow due to lots of lost balls and miles of cart paths between holes.. beers and a few snacks in pro shop but no food to speak of.. I'd play again in a heartbeat.
