The staff was open about the conditions caused by the irrigation system issues they were having. A few of the green were in rough shape but overall it wasn`t as bad as I thought

it would be. I hope they can get it resolved because i would like to play it again!

Played for the first time, what a different layout. This course winds through residential neighborhoods, you have to be careful driving the cart down the streets, also have to pay attention to signs or you'll get lost. 12 miles of driving in the carts, but the course itself is short but very challenging. Unfortunately its in bad shape. Some greens and tee boxes are bare, fairways are muddy and spotty. Staff was great. Still had a good time, used GroupGolfer vouchers for $24 with cart, great price but maybe the course has seen too much traffic as a result. I wont go back unless I know its in better shape.

They ask for cart path only, only 1/3rd of the tee boxes were still green, some holes the fairway are covered in divots and you are unable to find a patch of grass untouched by a previous golfer and lots of driving in between holes.

Great value for money and worth playing just to experience the drive between holes.

A couple of greens and some of the tees need some love but overall for a public course the condition was excellent.

I've played it several times during the past few years and it was always great. Good condition, interesting layout and usually a pretty quick round.

That being said course was in a pretty beat up condition. Fairways, tees & greens were pretty bad. Lots of burnt out areas including a few really bad greens on the back nine. I asked what had happened and was told they had had no rain early, then irrigation problems.

Still was ok, but was not worth the money.

This is a great course, although some fairways are narrow and there are forced carries (but primarily just on par 3s). There have been water problems this year, so a lot of tee boxes are rough, but most of the fairways are in decent condition.

SO many people complain about the distance between holes. Who cares!? You're in a cart for God's sake! Many of the rides between holes are actually quite beautiful.

Long par 3s, mostly short par 4s. Many BEAUTIFUL holes.

The course is not overly long. You have very few flat lies. The elevation change from tee to green on some holes are extreme. Fun to play

This course must have poor drainage - very soggy on a lot of holes. Also, very slow pace of play with no course Marshall keeping people on time

Had time to kill in the Poconos and figured I’d get 18 in…or attempt to. Was a Saturday so I was surprised the course wasn’t packed when I arrived. Guy at the pro shop was kind of rude honestly, starter was cool though. Anyway, the main problem I have with this course is it’s layout which absolutely kills the pace as you’re driving at least 3-4 minutes from hole to hole as opposed to a traditional layout where the next tee box is aligned with the green. You’re driving through residential neighborhoods where cart paths will be oddly placed right next to people’s driveways. I felt like I was driving the cart more than actually golfing. I’ve played on some pretty chewed up courses but this was one of the worst I’ve seen, some tee boxes were reduced to mud, greens were badly maintained, rough looks like it hasn’t been cut in weeks and fairways were lackluster. Pace of play was so bad I had to leave after 12, probably would’ve been a 5-6 hour round if I had stayed which is bad considering the lack of players. Don’t normally leave reviews but I was dumbfounded how bad this course was and I have low standards. The only bright spot is that it takes you through some scenic routes when you’re not driving through neighborhoods. So many better options in the area than this, definitely avoid if you can

Tight fairways so do your best to keep the ball straight and read the course lay out book they hand you when you get there.

It is obvious that this course is not properly cared for. No grass on men's or women's tee boxes. Greens were in poor condition. Placement of women's tees were unfairly placed. Wasn't a fun day at all.
