Can you pack more on a course?
Nice course generally good conditions, but terrible pace of play EVERY time. Yesterday was a 5.5 hour round on a Tuesday.
Course was being aeriated
One disadvantage of booking online with GolfNow is not knowing if their is aeriation happening on the date you are selecting. Front nine was closed at the time we played so had to play back nine 2X which also had just been aeriated and holes were virtually un puttable. Not an enjoyable round,
Overall
Once course matures it should play above average. Still had a couple of hackers but that’s how it goes
Rude staff
Not worth the time, too many other courses out there where you don’t have to be a pro for the rangers to leave you alone.
I was unable to play.My friend played I was exposed to someone with cov19 and was advised to quarantine. I called the golf course and they told me to contact GolfNow but was unable to reach you.
BigD
There was much effort towards cleanup to make course as good as possible
Grounds Keeper Revenge
They had a groundskeeper revenge tournament which wasn’t stated on Golfnow so my friend and I paid 30$ for torn up tee boxes and every pin placed on the edge of the green where it was the steepest! My friends shoots in the 70s and I shoot in the 90s and he shot in the 90s and I was 30 over on the back 9! O did I mention the greens were recently punched as well
Ridiculous
After the first hole we knew something was wrong! We paid 30$ a piece to play putt putt. No warning about the groundskeeper revenge tournament earlier in the day so all the pins were placed on the steepest edge part of the green! We would hit a put uphill inches from the pin and it would roll back farther away then the first putt! Greens were also aerated recently! Tee boxes were torn to pieces, fairways were patchy. This is absolutely ridiculous there was no warning about either of these things!
One of my favorite, never disappointed
Condition is always great! Food here is great! Greens are in great condition and are not too fast. Pace of putts is great for a high handicap player like me. They didn't have as much break either! I scored my best round of the year!
