New Owner is making a difference
I book this course a few times a week when it goes on as a hot deal. Usually around 11:30 am on tuesdays and thursdays. In March 2019 a new owner took control of the course and has since improved the greens, the maintenance of the course has improved dramatically, new pins, and new cart paths on the front 9. Even at $40 a round with a cart this course is a good value.
Some downsides are there are a couple forced layup par 4s, a few blind tee shots which can be annoying, and the course doesn't drain well. I know they have plans to improve the drainage over the winter, but for the time being it can get a bit mushy.
HOW TO ENJOY GOLF
To enjoy golf play at MEADOWS WINK. The course layout is very challenging. The friendliness of the staff and the 19th hole is special. Every hole is its own. CHALLENGING.
I enjoy myself all the time. So come on out and treat yourself to a great game of golf. You will not be sorry.
New ownership
New carts and cart paths, green speeds are up, course maintenance is %100 better than it was. Must have a few new hard working people added to the grounds crew. Overall experience @“The Wink” is much improved. Will definitely play there more often now.
8/9 Review
from out of town so overall a very good experience. Course is very short and lots of blind shots. Pace of play was very slow, probably because they course is so short and a couple of par 4s are drive-able. No driving range but has a putting green. 4/5 stars
Challenging Golf
The temperature was hot, hot and I mean hot. The course was playing excellent. The greens just perfect. The fairways were perfect. My golf was ok. But the course played well. In fact VERY WELL.
If you never played this course you are missing out The beer tasted great and food was very satisfying. The new amenities are great. Come and play and the Golf PRO will be happy to see. A super gentleman.
Horrible pace of play, multiple 5 somes
Recently played a Sunday morning tee time at 920. The day took about 5.5 hrs and it. Was. Brutal. The staff was friendly and the course itself wasn’t bad but multiple groups were taking massive amounts of time with no enforcement. Nice, quick greens and good layout using topography of the land.
MEADOWINK BEING UPGRADED
What the new ownership has done so far is truly amazing. With all these upgrades has had no effect on the course play. The greens are quicker and better. The fairways are in great shape. It is truly a fun place to play, eat and of course have some spiritual drinks.
THE PLACE TO PLAY GOLF IN NEW CARTS
With all the rain we had they did a spectacular job. New ownership.
PEOPLE FRIENDLY. THST INCLUDES THE HELP AND THE GOLFERS.
DON’T TRUST ME. TRY IT YOURSELF. The price is right.
SANDY
Challenge and sweet.
A nice short and challenge course that is well maintain.
Totally worth the GolfNow discount.
Too much rain
Greens were ok but the rest of the course was not up to par. I’ll credit the rain with the lack of mowing. The course was playable but not up to the usual standards.

Not worth it
Looking for a course in the Pittsburgh area. This is not it. No range, no chipping area. Friendly staff, good food. Greens were on good shape. Tee boxes were above average. The rest of the course was in rough shape. Tee’d off at 7:50 and still wound up playing a 5 hour round.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to review Meadowink Golf course. We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars. Your comments are by no means the standard we strive to achieve, but we hope you'll give us another try in the near future.
SLOW
Not an over bad course but they have ZERO off Off-Course Amenities and super slow to play I think it was a 5 hour round. They have a ranger that rides around but does nothing to speed up play. The front 9 is not to bad but the back 9 is okay at best. The greens on the back 9 are all different in the speed department there is a decent amount of blind shots and having a GPS or a range finder is a MUST to play this course as you can hit your bad to far and be in trouble if u never played the course before
