almost perfect
course was in great shape except for the grass needing cut. crew was out doing that as we played. nice course and nice people.
Very Nice Course
Our twosome was paired with another twosome and we all had a great time. Very nice course, friendly staff and the course was in great shape.
Average conditions very fair price on golf now
Played on a sunday afternoon and finished in less than 4 hours as there were a lot of twosomes and threesomes on the course.
Course is a little hilly but challenging. The greens were fair and the staff was courteous.
meadowlink golf
beautiful day, course in great shape, nice people... what else could you want
Glad I had the chance to play Meadowink.
I liked playing Meadowink. Quite a bit of clover to contend with. A couple blind holes. Nice layout. Played on a Friday and had to wait every hole on the front nine and a few on the back.
not too bad
They have nice, new electric carts. The greens were firm and not holding, even though it had rained the day before. Many sidehill lies and slopes. Many holes are curbed off for cart path only, so expect to walk even if you rent a cart.
Meadowink Golf Course
Well maintained course from tee to green. Course was not really busy so I got on early and was able to play a fast pace which I like. With the golfnow discount this course is a steal.
Very playable and well maintained
Great little track. Greens are faster than they look and are very smooth and full along with the fairways. Some strange holes though, and way too many blind shots if your playing for the first time.
The Wink
Meadowwink is a great little Muni track that has some really nice holes on the course. The par threes are definitely a nice challenge after you finish playing #2. The back nine is my favorite of the two nines with a bit more to challenge you. Great local course for me and one I always enjoy playing.
fun course
Course is in good shape. Played it 2 weeks earlier greens were rough which was expected after a hard winter. Ground upgrading about #7 green and #8 tee box. Staff is friendly.
This Course is in Excellent Shape!
I was very pleased with the course condition! For this time of year, the condition was Excellent. I had the best round of the season. I can't wait to get back!
Always in good shape!
I have played here many times and never am I disappointed! There were some leafs scattered around but that is to be expected this time of year in the Pittsburgh area but overall we played a quick round with little time lost looking for balls in the leafs!
17 decent holes and #18
Good value for the money, staff is friendly, course conditions were better than some in the area, pace of play was good. My only complaint about this course is the 18th hole. You have 17 holes which flow well and are moderate to difficult in challenge. 18 is another story. Iron off the tee to not go through the dogleg, LONG 2nd shot to a narrow green which is hidden behind a clump of trees. Move the tee box and thin out the trees in front and you'd have a hole that fit the rest of the course.
Greens were true and nice shape, but a bit slow.
Unfortunately had to deal with weather that was unexpected.
spectacular
This is where my golf addiction began. Great staff and even better course. Conditions are always pristine. The only thing keeping me from a three hour round is the number of people on the course. Glenn is the best starter in the business. will golf this course at least once a month.
very nice course
a little bit of everything, water, sand, ups and downs and great greens! I'll play here again soon.
in good condition and good staff
excellent pace of play
very good playable areas
greens a bit slow
Tradtitional layout with elevation changes
This course is well maintained. While it doesn't offer the length on the score card, the combination of doglegs and elevated greens create more length than you would think. Greens are in good shape, if not particularly fast.
Course is in great conditions; putting area is excelent
As a single golfer that day, Meadowink staff was friendly and efficient in handling my tee time. Course was in great shape. Cafeteria has the best hot-dog I have tasted in the many courses I have played this year...and the draft beer was really chilled!!!
Nice Scenic Wooded Course
I've played this course several times because I like the scenic wooded layout. #4 is a nice short par four over a pond. #11 is also a nice par 3 over a pond.
The greens were slow when I played because they weren't cut. I prefer faster greens. Overall, I like the layout and will continue to play there.
