Nice front nine along the creek.
I always played the karakuang course when I played there. I didn't realize how much nicer the olde course is. Little pricy, but definitely in better shape than karakuang.

Great history should play it.
This is an interesting course with a famous archetict. Although not in great condition its not too bad. You should play this course.

This is probably among the 3 worst courses I've ever played - and I've probably played over 300+ different courses in my career,

Needs massive investment
The course is in bad shape. I lost several balls that were hit on the fairway... the fairway. Grass is long. Water pools and does not drain. Many of the greens have weeds on them. Several of the tee boxes are missing grass. This course is cheap but it is not a good value at all.
