About
Northampton Valley Country Club, proudly owned by Northampton Township, the golf course first opened in 1963. It is well known among locals as one of the Greater Philadelphia area's best courses. The layout has a classic design with tree-lined fairways and gently sloped greens. Several strategically placed bunkers lurk along the greens and there are a few water hazards that come into play as well. The par-70 golf course is a manageable 6,400 yards from the back tees. It's a traditional design that is player friendly enough for all skill levels but there are risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low handicappers. In addition to the golf course, Northampton Valley has a driving range with new range balls which is open to the public and a 10,000 sq. ft. practice green with a pristine sand trap for patrons to work on their short game.

Beautiful course, early bird pricing was great and got out 15 min early
Country club quality for a great price
Northampton Valley has one of the smoothest layouts and most well kept landscape I've seen in a long time. The course is just as nice as any $100 course I've ever played and the facilities were fantastic. I will be back a few times before the end of the season.

Course was in great shape!! Staff was great. From the pro shop to the starter. Enjoyed the round. Nice layout!
This country club is fun to place to play
Nicely laid out course that's challenging for beginners and intermediates and also has a great bar and restaurant to relax in afterwards

Great course, for 20 dollars this is a steal. Expect it in the next few weeks to still be wet because around the rough and tree lines it was very wet

Fall beauty
Northampton has turned into a real gem. Four of us teed off just after one and had the place to ourselves. Course was in rather good condion (aside from some areas around a few bunkers and cart paths) and the greens are something to be proud of. Visors off to the entire experience.

nice shape for 10/21/13 fairways and greens were cut good rough high lotta lost balls,very slow play no marshalls,bar closed at 3pm no food or drink.golfnow price a play otherwise over priced

very slow
my 3 buddies and i stopped playing here six months ago because it is always, always over booked. we started at 1:20 on a tuesday and finished at 6:55. i invited a different buddy this time because no one want to give it another try. how embarrasing he left after the 5th hole, went to the pro shop for
a 9 hole refund. they said to go through golf now, why would i go thru the trouble for a nine hole rain check on a course i wont ever play again. its a shame it is a very local course that is well maintained. there was a ranger out, but had no control

Sent us out behind tournament without telling us , couldn't finish course after 5 hours.

The greens where aerated and there was no mention of this on golfnow a little disappointing
fun course with different looks
the round would have been more enjoyable if they had filled in the aerated greens with sand. they did a sloppy job of aerating
Overall a very well maintained course.
Fairways are in great shape. Greens are well kept but the back nine greens are being aerated. Unfortunately VERY slow foursome two groups in front of us and round took 5+ hours.
One of the best courses i've played this year.
Number 18th i must play that hole again one of the toughest par 3's i played this year. Over all i just enjoyed playing Northampton G.C. We are planning to return before the season is over.

Extremely over-priced, staff are on the un-friendly side. CART Fees are ridiculous, and watch out for there 2 for 1 price special. They suck you in with a 2 for 1 coupon, then jack up the Cart fee. BEWARE.
