Hidden gem
It is April 18 in PA. Course is in great shape. Greens are fast and roll true. Better bring a string iron game and do not be fooled by the length on the card. It is shotmaker course. Placement is key and if you place it right you are rewarded with easy approach.

Making improvements
I have been playing this course over the past several years. Over the years it was starting to get run down. This year you can tell they have been doing work on the course. It’s early spring and you can see the work they have been doing on the t boxes and greens. Major improvement with re-paving parts of the cart path. It’s still not the best course in the area but they are heading in the right direction.

Tough little course
Although the course is very short, there are many tight shots to be made along with very small yet fast and difficult greens to deal with. Seems like it would be for beginners with the short holes, but your aim, and putting need to be above average.
Good prices and nicely kept everything makes Manor a must-try course in my book.

Ok for the money
Course is pretty difficult. The greens are excellent condition. The fairways were in good condition, but of course layout was subpar could be better, but still a good value.
