Nice place
I am going to play it again. It is a fair challenge to my game. Fair price for the condition. Still has somehwat of a bug issue. They need more birdhouses to attract birds to eat the bugs.
Beautiful setting
Well maintained course! Challenging greens.
Wide open and not much water on the course…I would recommend this course for all skill levels.
Among best public courses in Western PA. Hidden Gem
Course is in excellent condition. Off the beaten path but worth the drive over the river and through the woods. A mansion, built by a coal baron at the turn of the last century, sits atop a hill overlooking the grounds and course and there are no other residential structures on site. Tees, fairways and greens in excellent shape. Chipping and putting green available but no driving range. True about every public course, bunkers can use some maintenance (strongly feel most public courses should remove sand bunkers that require extensive maintenance and costs with grass bunkers). Greens roll true and are receptive. Staff is friendly and the course is continually looking to make improvements. There is a bar and grill open following the round. Food is good and reasonably priced. Pitcher of beer $11. I rate this course along with Totteridge (Greensburg), The Madison Club (Madison), Butlers (Elizabeth), and Cedarbrook among the best of the public courses in Western PA.
Nice Course Nice Staff Good Price
I have been playing Linden Hall for about 40 years and always enjoy the place.
Amazing tee to green
Course was in phenomenal condition. First time playing and i will definitely be back
Golfing around
The golf course was in great condition for the dry weather conditions. Pace of play is another matter. When the pace of play is 5 hours and 30 minutes on a beautiful sunny day and on a course that is in great condition, playing golf is not fun.
Best condition in the area for public course
Had a very enjoyable round conditions are wonderful;) A+
Lyndenhall golf course
Linden Hall is an excellent condition for this time of year. The greens are fast and true, and the hospitality of the people at the course and the restaurant is very pleasant
Nice condition. No restaurant or food available. It was a holiday. Staff not real friendly and no direction on playing
Linden hall golf course
Played the 3 rd week in August and the course was in excellent shape. Watered fairways and greens. Pace of play was excellent for a Sunday noon tee time
