Heritage Hills Golf Resort

Apparently- the first tee time at heritage was pushed back 1 hour 40 minutes? Not sure why? broken pipes? they didn't tell us. What they also did not do was notify any of the people golfing about the push back. They waited until we arrived to tell us that we were pushed back over 1 hour. Didn't offer any comps or anything. Just sorry we are running behind. so we showed up 30 minutes early for our round to find out that we would have to wait an additional hour or longer before teeing off. poor customer service. If they didn't have a back up I would say the course was lovely.

I've played Heritage Hills many times and was really impressed yesterday. The course was in the best condition I've ever seen!!! They were repaving cart paths so a minor inconvenience. Greens were outstanding, very fast with difficult pin positions.Tee boxes and fairways lush grass. The large rustic wooden statues have been refurbished and looked beautiful. Lots of colorful landscaping and course beautification. My only dislike at Heritage is the 2 very long par 3's on the back 9. The restaurant serves excellent food, has a hude selection of draft beer and is reasonably priced, a perfect post round treat. Extraordinary value!

Great course but tee times booked way too close together. Took us 3.5 hours to get through 9 holes. Had a 1:14pm tee time which started late due to pace of play. It was just about 5pm by the time we got to 10th hole. Asked for rain check for back 9 since it’s fall and sun may be down before we cold get to 18 and we were waiting on 2 groups to tee off. Guy at pro shop refused to give me a refund since I booked through Golfnow.

Course in excellent condition, excellent staff, and excellent refreshments after the round. There's nothing I can say negative. Keep up the excellent service!

3rd time I've booked a tee time through Golf Now only to arrive and be told my partner and I could not play due to leagues going off in the afternoon. Once, sent to ODCC, then turned away and lastly, told we could only play 9 holes and needed to be off the course by 5:30pm. Not certain who manages your online accounts/tee time bookings but, they should be removed from their role & found to do something else - expect much better from a venue like this!

The course has some very nice layed out holes and a couple of very interesting ones. Green were a little on the slow side but they were in nice shape and ran true.

Like playing here for the atmosphere and the amenities. It the price you pay should include what they offer and should it not, a simple discount for your next visit should be offered.

The cart once again failed. Display would not turn on after starter mentioned it would when I reach 1st tee.. did not and switched at 10th as I almost hit a player in front me since I could not see where there cart was located. Had the display worked as it should I would’ve waited. Went back inside to discuss what I did a turn and ask perhaps for a free cart discount on my next visit. But they refused maybe next time.

This was our second time playing HH. The first time was a Friday night and we were behind a sixsome. Needless to say, it was so slow that we started jumping ahead to random holes to try to keep moving. We gave it another try this week and again, we’re disappointed. Tee times staggered every 8 minutes is not realistic for a foursome. My husband and I followed 2 foursomes and after 4.5 hours bailed at #15z.
