Slow play
It took 5 hours to play this round. A group of teenagers was extremely slow, they took nearly 30 minutes driving on 1 tee box, trying to drive the green, causing 3 groups to be waiting lined up to tee off. Then a group of 2 got in front of the teenagers and slowed the play even more. A ranger is needed on the course, especially on weekends, rather than being asked 8 times on the front 9 by a cart girl if we needed drinks a ranger to speed things up would have been helpful. This is a nice course, but the weekends are very slow with groups of 5 and younger players not keeping up with pace play. The course has several young staff members, and I’m not sure if the every day stuff is being done, by the looks of the trash cans over running.
Great Value
I’m fairly new to the area and hadn’t heard of the course so one brother and I decided to try it and we were both extremely surprised with the course layout and the OVERALL VALUE for our money. We were so impressed that our other two brothers are going to join us there next week.
