Nice course
Staff was exceptionally nice. Practice facilities very good with balls provided. Nice carts that have annoying governors if you stray at all. Fairways very good. Tee boxes fine. Green bumpy but good. Course lacks a lot of character, but is fine for the price. Only complaint is lack of signage to the various 3 nines. I'm sure I'd learn if I played more often. A solid old school course I recommend.
Prepaid value
Got the pre.paid value deal. The course was nice and challenging, some.greens were a bit rough but overall condition was nice. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Definitely will be coming back
Greens need work/no water on course
Staff is friendly, but it is 100 degrees outside and they do not have water in the carts nor coolers along the course. No beverage cart either. Only option is back to club house to fill up. Greens are in bad shape. Tee boxes and fairways are fine, but if no water and greens don’t improve, price should be lowered by a good amount.

Needs a lot of improvement
Greens are TERRIBLE! Missing flags, beat up and a lot of patching. Tee box not in good conditions. Fairways were good and thats about it. Greens keeping is doing a sub par job. Wouldn't play this course again for that price.
Solid value
Pros: Staff is incredibly friendly, range balls included in the fees, carts ready for you in the parking lot, fun course to play
Cons: No water stations on the course (heat index was 106° yesterday), no beverage cart, decent amount of standing water, just rolled the greens so they were awful
Staff friendliness alone will bring me back soon - just with more water and more time.

The reason I would not recommend this course is the price to play. Maybe that's due to new carts, they are nice but green fees are a lot higher now.
Greens Under Repair
Understand that upgrades are underway. I will wait awhile before going back. And definitely will not go there after any rain at all. CPO after minimal rain. Excellent new carts
Best value in the area
I hesitate sometimes because of the price, but every time I play here it’s easily money well spent. The course is always in good shape, and I was thrilled to play Shores again for the first time in forever. The new carts and info center are a huge upgrade, although they restrict you from getting more than a couple feet in the rough so it’s a little annoying when you’re searching for a ball and the cart says “no”. But free range balls, super friendly staff, I’m always reminded that it’s by far the best value course in the area.
Great course!
Had an awesome time here. The course is in great shape, the new carts are a nice bonus, and everything just felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d come back to. Highly recommend.
