Nice course, no beverage cart
We enjoyed this course, good condition and nice layout. It is frustrating though when there are signs posted that you can’t have your own cooler, you are playing in almost 100 degree heat, and the beverage cart never comes by.
Great golf course but terrible pen placement on all holes. I can understand a few tough ones but not all of them!! I told the guys I was playing with that the greens keeper must hate golfers lol
Hawks Creek Sunday
What a great golf course. Played here for the first time on Sunday. The greens rolled true and fast. Fairways, bunkers and tee boxes were all great. Practice facilities. Friendly staff, pace of play was good, no long waits. I will most definitely be back and would recommend this course to friends. Very historic clubhouse and pro shop.
Hawks creek
Hawks creek is a hidden gem. The course plays great and is challenging. Worth the drive and the money.

Marshal
The course needs a good Marshal. The pace of play could be improved by someone marshalling the course. I will not play this course again on the weekend because of the pace of play.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Lush
The course is currently lush and green. Spongey greens and rolling excellent. The course is so much more fun to play when it is this lush versus the normal dry and fast conditions. One negative is the range balls need to be replaced.

A great day on the links
I always bring people from out of town here to play. My brother came to visit and he loved it. The clubhouse. The friendly staff. The practice areas. Course was in excellent shape. The snack bar had breakfast burritos ready to go without waiting. Really fun layout that offers risk and reward. A challenging par 5 awaits the end of each 9. Watching the fighter jets is pretty cool, too!

Jewel of a course
Great layout and in good shape. The clubhouse staff was very helpful and friendly. Several holes require restraint off of the tee box as you can easily get into trouble if you are too aggressive.

Excellent Shape
The course is in excellent shape! I've played it two times in the last week. Pace of play is great with the spacing between groups. I will definitely be adding this into my rotation of courses that I play each month! Very impressed with the fairways and greens and with the creek(s) running through the course it offers decent challenges and decision making. I love plush fairways and decent greens, and this is what Hawk's Creek is offering! The course is also near the joint reserve base which offers a pretty cool opportunity for some fly-bys by military aircraft throughout the round; which I personally think is pretty cool anyway. Can't wait to play my next round at HC.

Hawks creek
Course is in great shape, worth the drive from N. Ft worth. Better course for the money than a lot of courses around the metroplex.
