Good fun course
Good fun course. Greens were quick but fair.
Pace of play was decent.
Great course, but don’t play on Father’s Day
Excellent course, especially for the price point! Played here on Father’s Day and pace of play was horrendous. My group jumped ahead and skipped 3 holes because of several groups slow groups and still took 5 hours.

Really nice course in very good condition
Don’t go on Father’s Day. Pace of play was absolutely horrible. 3 groups stacked on tee boxes at times. Had to skip the holes to get ahead and some very slow groups and the round still took close to 5 hours. No Marshall’s anywhere in sight.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Nice
Have not played this course since the early 80s since I was stationed at Carswell AFB. The course is very mature, in a good way. Beautiful large trees and the sound of the jets is beautiful to the ears and senses. The greens rolled true and they held approach shots with spin. The fairways were nice and had great grass. The pace of play was excruciating slow. 5 hour rounds are too long. Will definitely be back.

Wide Variety of Golf Holes
Hawks Creek is a good design with a lot of different golf holes. It takes some strategy to make your way around the course. Water is a factor in over half of the holes - some of it directly as a forced carry either off the tee or into the green.
It's a golf course that holds your attention.

A Hidden Gem
If you are near the west side of Fort Worth and have a free afternoon, this is a great course to play. The only negative is the EXTREMELY LOUD jets from the Naval Reserve Base, but that can be overlooked. It is a really nice course and is close to lots of shopping and dining.

Best in fort worth
Plush green everywhere you go on this course. Tee box to green is superb. Sand is taken care of as well. You won’t be disappointed here!

One of best deals in DFW
This is one of the top public courses in the area. Compared to other courses that suffered after the big Winter freeze Hawks Creek is close tov100%. A.must play course.
