Good course given the heat
Course conditions were very good given the heat we have had this month. Staffers could’ve been more friendly, but I wasn’t there for that. Girl at the concession was very friendly though.

Great bang for the Buck
Played on July 31st and the course was in fantastic shape, The greens were fairly soft even for it being 95 degrees in the middle of a Texas summer. The fairways were in excellent shape as well with minimal heat damage and dryness. The course has some tight spots which provide a decent challenge. Overall pace of play was pretty good minus a couple of groups. I rented the Golfboard for an extra 20 bucks, was kind of cool but not my thing, I'm glad I tried it though.

You need to play this one
Very nice course in great condition & one that should be on your bucket list. There’s an old grist mill on the property that’s become overgrown w vegetation. Would be nice if this old treasure was somewhat maintained.

Awesome course. Very scenic
My first time out here. The course was awesome. Fairways were great, greens were punched recently so they weren’t the best but they weren’t bad either. I saw dozens of hawks, fished at a few of the ponds and even caught a pretty big snake on the course. Very awesome experience! Would highly recommend

I’ll be playing here frequently in the future
I played the course for the first time today after hearing a lot of good about it. I was not disappointed in the least bit. Very well maintained and equally challenging. Greens were very receptive and quick, fairways were plenty wide with good roll out but still require well placed shots, etc. I have absolutely no complaints aside from my own mistakes on the course. I will say the layout of the course is a little bit strange. For example leaving 13 you drive past the 16th tee to get to hole 14. Other than that everything was great!

Great and fun course for the money
I consider this my home course and it is the best public course in FW after Waterchase on the east side of town. Course is almost always in good shape. It is fair yet challenging and fun to play.

Good Day on the Course
Visiting from out of town. Picked Hawks Creek based on price and reviews. I made a good choice. Pretty course. Some short and long par 4s. Not too many blind shots but it helped getting paired with locals.
