The Club at Rebecca Creek
About
Located at the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the Course at the Club at Rebecca Creek sprawls across gently rolling terrain dappled with mature oak trees. The golf course has had several different iterations over the years, it was formerly known as Rebecca Creek and until 2013 it was the Hawk at Rebecca Creek. There were several green and fairway improvements before it reopened under its new name. The course stretches to over 7,000 yards from the back tees and there are some tough holes but overall it's a golf course that players of all skill levels will enjoy. Trees line the fairways and there are some subtle but tricky changes in elevation. In addition to the course, there is also a driving range and practice green available.

Good course, enjoyed playing here
The course overall is pretty well maintained, not very green due to the drought conditions in the area. There are no water/sand hazards to speak of. The golfnow pricing of $18/person with cart was worth it.
Good course for value
This was my first time at this course and I thought it was just OK. Views were nice but not much to gawk over. Holes 1, 2, 10, and 18 are so close it's difficult to tell where the fairway are so they all play as one big one. The driving range right against hole 1 also making it a distraction for the second shot. Greens were in good condition but the fairways were more often hard packed dirt than than grass. The time of year could be the reason for that. Pace of play can be slowed at the beginning and end of rounds if it's busy. It's a good value when reserving through GolfNow, but in it's present condition I wouldn't recommend this course. I'll give it a second chance in the spring.
Not too hard and fun.
Hardly any water and no sand...but lots of trees and sometimes narrow fairways. Being remote and hard to find, it is not very crowded and the price is great. A fun afternoon. However, the best prices are by just going out there and paying if person as the Golf 512 deals are not as good when you factor in the on-line fees.
Very enjoyable round of golf
First time player of the course. I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of style that the course presents. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The drive is well worth it as the course is an interesting challenge for players of any skill level. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys the game. I am excited to go back
The grass on the fairways is a little sparse, but the course is scenic and nicely laid out.
This is a hill country course and fairway grass got a little thin in places. But the course offers scenic views of the hill country, and the drive from FM 306 north of Canyon Lake, turning off on Eagle Rock is not to be missed. Greens were in good shape but like the fairways, were a little on the hard side, even soft high lofted approaches took a lot of roll. Not an every week course, but well worth it a couple of times a year.
A good layout for a fun day.
An interesting layout, good mix of holes you get to use every club in the bag, fun to play and great value for the money.
Very nice layout.
The course is being updated in a lot of ways. The course is good for all handicaps. The greens are in good shape. The staff is as friendly as any I've seen. Our group enjoyed the round very much. I will go back to play it.
Friendly staff, nice greens, fairways questionable.
Greens are kept in nice shape. Staff is friendly. The front 9 is good to play but the back 9 fairways are non existence.
Decent course for price
This course is okay, but really needs more grass on the fairways. The staff is older, as well as, most of the players. Because of this, grouchyness should be an expectation. The golfshop is adequately stocked. The place overall is average to below average. The municipals in San Antonio are better to be honest. We took advantage of a $25 per with cart. Wasn't really worth that much. New carts! :)
Great course for your money!
If you don't mind driving a bit, this course is a nice course. No frills, but good layout, nice greens and its well maintained. The tee boxes need work, ground is hard, but the greens were in great shape. At less than 15 bucks for green fee and a cart its worth the trip.
Dog Track!
course was la mix between a soccer field and parking lot. Fairways were bare and patchy. Greens were in terrible shape. If you have to pay more then $10 for 18 I suggest spending it at a driving range!
The greens are putting very well.
The fairways are dried out, but the greens are putting very well. Managing the distance on your drives is very important with the runout on the drier fairways.
