Landa Park Municipal Golf Course

Really enjoyed the round. Greens were quick but a bit lumpy due to recent aeration and sanding. Fairways and tee boxes in great shape

Seriously enjoyable course. Some scenic holes and some just a wide open fairway. Pace of play issues will occur because is in primo location in a tourist destination. Still fun though to pair up with unknowns and just enjoy it for what it is. A great value at golf now rates. You’ll have a few errant balls in your fairway from the next fairway over but no big deal.

Cart path only, to much construction, two. walking in front of us and a group of five in front of them, they were very slow.

I was traveling through Texas and decided to try Landa Park, mainly because the reviews were great and it was a very cheap price. It was a fantastic experience. GPS in the carts, beautiful course lay out along the river and the course was in good shape. This one is worth an hour drive!

You can understand why it is so hard to get tee time here. Members understandably want to defend their investment against public players seeking a time, and public players want to get on a great and fun course for at a fantastic rate. Not super long, but an excellent test with tighter than typical fairways and strategic opportunities to lay back or go for the greens. Lots of fun, wish it was more available being that I live 5 min away but it is a hot commodity. Will definitely get on when I can.

The people working the clubhouse were extremely friendly and helpful. I was scheduled for a 5:30 tee time and I had somethings come up and they didn’t hesitate to help me get into another group. The course was shorter than I had anticipated but that didn’t affect the difficulty of the overall course. Island greens lots of bunkers and tight fairways. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in town. Even though the greens had just been aerated they played extremely well. A few of the bunkers are under maintenance but the one I ended up in played well.

Other than the fact that the greens looked like they had been punched recently with sand fill the course is in great shape.

Pretty nice for a Muni. Hard to get a tee time though.

First time playing and really liked the layout, besides the whole back and forth crossing streets but other than that it was an enjoyable round.

This golf course is in great condition. The only thing was they had the 1st and 18th hole playing as par 3’s due to sand trap maintenance. The greens were a little sandy but not too bad. This golf course is hard to get early tee times due to league play so I don’t play it often. But I’d definitely recommend the course to play

Landa park always delivers. Well kept course, no frills, and friendly staff. Great value to squeeze 18 in.

3 holes were under repair to the bunkers. Played them as 100 yd par 3s

Love the fast and slopy greens. They definitely challenge you and force you to add or remove spin from your wedges and irons. Or that ball will roll off the green!
