The Club at Rebecca Creek
About
Located at the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the Course at the Club at Rebecca Creek sprawls across gently rolling terrain dappled with mature oak trees. The golf course has had several different iterations over the years, it was formerly known as Rebecca Creek and until 2013 it was the Hawk at Rebecca Creek. There were several green and fairway improvements before it reopened under its new name. The course stretches to over 7,000 yards from the back tees and there are some tough holes but overall it's a golf course that players of all skill levels will enjoy. Trees line the fairways and there are some subtle but tricky changes in elevation. In addition to the course, there is also a driving range and practice green available.

Rebecca Creek Golf
Pasture Golf. The greens were in great condition..that is the best I can say. The course has very limited irrigation, so you imagine what the fairways look like. The course has many bare spots and rocks. The layout is funky, without someone that knows how to get around, you will be lost...limited directional signs.
For the price and a quick round, 3.5 hrs..I will go back to give it another try.
Desert floor
I know the drought isn’t their fault but everyone needs to know that the tee boxes are sand traps and the “fairways” are like the desert floor. They have put all their energy into keeping the greens and I’m thankful. These are great people and we all need to pray for rain!
Fairways are not the best
The drought has taken a toll on the range and the Teeboxes/fairways. Everything is sooo dry. Having said that, the greens are great. Not too fast and not too slow. A few bad spots here and there on the greens, but compared to other areas, they're great. Pace of play was superb, finished in 4 hours 15 minutes, and that's with a little chipping/ putting practice along the way.
Poor conditions
The staff at Rebecca Creek are always friendly and courteous, but the course is in very poor condition. The tee boxes are covered in sand, and the fairways are nonexistent. There is very little live grass on the course, and most of the fairways have huge bare spots that are just hardened dirt. The greens were all in good shape, and they were the one bright spot on the course. I love the layout and the value of this course, but I cannot recommend playing there until the conditions are improved.
Needs a major overhaul
The folks working there are very nice. However, the course is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen a golf course in.
Rebecca's Creek is not worth more than $20 to play
This GC is a goat pasture. It is good enough if you just need to practice and don't mind looking for a good patch to hit from. Better than a practice range, but not for $40; for $20, yes, cart included. Nice people on staff, though.
Don’t bother
I always forget this course isn’t t worth the money they charge. Fairways are dirt and rocks. Greens are in decent shape. But overall course isn’t worth playing.
The green were great but the fairways was in bad shape no water.
Its right for the price
I got a 1 pm tee time on a Friday for $30. For that rate I wasn't expecting anything top notch. The green were in good condition, the fairways were ok, the tee boxes were horrible. I can understand because of the drought in the area and watering restrictions that are in place. The course is a little narrow, no bunkers, and no water. However, you can lose balls because most holes are OB on the left. So, for the money yes I would recommend it and yes I would play here again.
