The Club at Rebecca Creek
About
Located at the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the Course at the Club at Rebecca Creek sprawls across gently rolling terrain dappled with mature oak trees. The golf course has had several different iterations over the years, it was formerly known as Rebecca Creek and until 2013 it was the Hawk at Rebecca Creek. There were several green and fairway improvements before it reopened under its new name. The course stretches to over 7,000 yards from the back tees and there are some tough holes but overall it's a golf course that players of all skill levels will enjoy. Trees line the fairways and there are some subtle but tricky changes in elevation. In addition to the course, there is also a driving range and practice green available.

Needs a major overhaul
The folks working there are very nice. However, the course is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen a golf course in.
Rebecca's Creek is not worth more than $20 to play
This GC is a goat pasture. It is good enough if you just need to practice and don't mind looking for a good patch to hit from. Better than a practice range, but not for $40; for $20, yes, cart included. Nice people on staff, though.
Don’t bother
I always forget this course isn’t t worth the money they charge. Fairways are dirt and rocks. Greens are in decent shape. But overall course isn’t worth playing.
The green were great but the fairways was in bad shape no water.
Its right for the price
I got a 1 pm tee time on a Friday for $30. For that rate I wasn't expecting anything top notch. The green were in good condition, the fairways were ok, the tee boxes were horrible. I can understand because of the drought in the area and watering restrictions that are in place. The course is a little narrow, no bunkers, and no water. However, you can lose balls because most holes are OB on the left. So, for the money yes I would recommend it and yes I would play here again.
Nice and easy
The course is nicely laid out with a lot of scenery, but not a lot of obstacles which is perfect for a beginner golfer, as well as someone who might usually hit into the trees. Not having a lot of fairway trees on several holes, allows for easier recovery. The greens were in very good condition allowing the balls to roll true to aim. Why not only would recommend this course to a friend, but I did and we had a great day.
Excellent Greens!
First time playing this course with a friend and first impressions were that staff is over the top friendly! Course was in great shape, tee boxes were a little tough but perfectly playable, and the greens were immaculate.
Fairways are a little narrow and cross frequently so keep your head on a swivel! Would definitely golf here again for the value!
Literal Sandtraps for Tee Boxes
Got a good price. Not worth the drive from San Antonio
Good track gone rough
This course has been severely affected by the drought conditions in the weather. Definitely not the track that I remember playing in the past. He will take some time for this course to return to the level It Once achieved. I hope it gets bad… But will not return until I have heard otherwise.
Goat Track - This Does Not Stand for Greatest of All Time
Very disappointed the conditions! I should have known the conditions were going to be suspect based on the conditions at the driving range.
The driving range should be closed because there is no grass to be found. Just sand therefore it is more like a good place for bunker practice or getting out of a fairway bunker.
Hole 10 skirts the driving range without any protection to the sides or the ends. This is what I would think a west TX golf course would like from the movie Tin Cup.
This was not challenging at all. The only saving grace of this place was the beverage cart was seen more than once and the greens, although slow, were in fantastic shape.
The Marshall informed me that the conditions were such due to the watering rules they have to follow. Wish I would have know that before booking. For the price it was not bad but wow this place needs some serious help for its tee boxes, driving range, and fairway conditions.
Beautiful greens, brown and crispy fairways
I really like the course layout, and the greens were really nice, but the rest of the course is in such poor condition it was really difficult to play. Just about all the grass is dead in the fairways the tee boxes are non-existent as far as grass is concerned and they are as hard as a rock. I joined up with a group of very nice ladies who made the day fun.
