Raccoon International Golf Club
Raccoon International Golf Club sprawls across gently rolling woodlands, featuring scenic vistas of the surrounding countryside. The course is known for being home to the longest par 5 in the state, the notorious 17th hole. This treacherous hole measures in at a devilish 666 yards that will challenge even the longest hitters. Although the terrain is mostly flat and open, there are some surprisingly dramatic undulations in the greens that will cause tricky uneven lies. There are several lakes that come into play throughout as well as a number of strategically placed bunkers. In addition to the penultimate hole, notable holes at Raccoon International include the par-4 eighth, which requires a 220-yard carry, and the 11th, a par 3 that plays over a lake to a two-tiered green guarded by a bunker.

The course was in good shape. No sand traps anymore but the greens were in decent shape
Course was in rough shape. Back 9 way better than front and greens clearly not taken care of. Also no sand.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Today we drove 45 minutes to play golf with our dad before he left for Florida (where he lives) we finished the front 9 and the employee came out while we were on hole 9 and said here’s your rain check... it wasn’t raining? So we go inside and ask what was wrong he said he was kicking us off because there was a couples league playing..... he then tried to make it seem as if it was our fault that we didn’t finish in 2 hours, then tried to make it seem like we were getting some type of deal by getting a free 9 but we paid for that we said we paid for 18 after the guy yelling at us we left! All I can say is that place is wack not to mention the course looks like a desert! Save your money save the drive because this is not worth it!!!!
Solid layout, Upkeep challenged
I liked this course and tee time are a good value. The course does seem to be suffering a bit for upkeep now as many of the greens are burnt out and some of the fairways are long. Hopefully this improves as the weather cools down. It’s still a good value and the layout is solid.
Even though it’s COVID-19 time
I have played this course many times and today was the worse I’ve ever seen the greens. Spots were burnt out and most of the green we so patchy you have to move your ball to find a good putting line. Hope they fix this because it’s such a nice layout.
International Says it All
It was a good course to show up on a Sunday afternoon and get 18 holes in quickly.
Greens need work but fun course
This is a nice course for the high handicap golfer. Wide fairways make it forgiving. The greens show damaged areas, brown and no grass. Nevertheless, it's a fun course to spend an afternoon playing golf.
The course is in rough shape, greens that are browned and fairways unkept. The course if for sale so it's just doing enough to get by
This course is for sale probably explains the neglect of over grown ares and trees not trimmed the course is a great test starting with the greens that are humped to help on drainage but are really difficult to get close also some were wet ball sticks some were hard ball rolls or bounce a off there trying with a low budget sure It’s a little rough.
