About
Willow Run Golf Course was designed by a ubiquitous name in central Ohio, Jack Kidwell. The local designer played a role in creating many of the state's courses but he infused a different character into each. Willow Run has an interesting layout that will test your shot making skills as well as your course management capabilities. The greens are bentgrass and the fairways are accented with Ohio bluegrass. Correct placement off the tees is the key to doing well, especially on the front nine. Plenty of water comes into play throughout the golf course as well as several strategically placed bunkers. Willow Run's back nine boasts one of the most challenging par 4s in Ohio, the 13th. The green on this tricky hole is fronted by a meandering creek.

Solid track for a great price!
Nice track and course, only issue is the cart paths can be rough to treacherous so be careful over bridges! If course receives water can be challenging since water is part of every hole except 1 & 10 for my game. Only lost one ball due to launching low drive down the middle of 18 into the creek! Usually only use driver on par 5's but learned my lesson as distance control premium for this course!
Most definitely will play course again as it was an overall 4.0 out of 5!

Very nice!!
This course was a very good hidden gem!! I didn’t give them a 5 because some of the fairways were still a little long and the cart path was Treacherous!! It is safer to drive your cart on the grass in some areas!!
Course in very good shape
Course is in good shape and is always a good value. The cart path does need some attention though.
Just needs updated
The course has seen better days. Everything is just old and hasn’t been updated. Hard to drive on the cart path with all of the massive holes. It is a pretty open layout so good for practice or taking someone who is new. Wish they would restore it to how it used to be, was my favorite course for golf scrambles.
Needs A Staff
Need a staff on course to push the pace of play. Group in front of us were hitting 5 balls each. 20 yards.
Cart paths need some serious work
I’ve played this course for about 7-8 years now. It’s a solid course for the price. It’s a short course with a nice layout that makes it a fun challenge for not great golfers. However, the cart paths have been deteriorating for a while and they are getting really bad. Whenever I am driving the cart path (cart path only days especially) I find myself spending half my time swerving through potholes. It has started to affect my day there which I don’t appreciate.
