Great day
With my son we had the pleasure to play crown point on a beautiful day, but windy. The good is in good shape, the greens were a little slow but fair. The rough was thick. The difficulty comes in the multiple dog legs, when you play it for the first time you need a little more information for the distance.
Finally would need a little more indication on the road on how to get to the course.
All in all a great day, would become a member if I live a little closer. An hour drive is a little too much.
Will go back in the summer!
Another great day on the course
Played with another couple. Had a good time with them. The pace was slow due to more players on the course. That was fine. Able to take time with shots. The course was in great shape. Mowed well. Overcast day with comfortable temperatures. No rain. Perfect!
They should tell us about maintenance
Found out when we got there...the front nine was aerated yesterday and the back nine was closed. By aerated, I mean the greens were punched. The pellets were not blown off and no top dressing had been done. In short, the greens were unplayable.
Had we known, we would have gone elsewhere.
Challenging and fun
Loved the course, beautiful, challenging and great fun. The golf carts left a lot to be desired, gas powered just barely climbed the hills, ha
Play this course
We found this course to be a jewel in the mountains. It took us a while to find the course, but with the help of GPS and some friendly neighbors we found it in time for our tee time. It was well worth the drive. It is a very pretty course, hilly and filled with a few surprises around the many bends, aka, dog legs.
Oh so nice
Nothing like playing golf in Vermont at a great course on a great day.
The course is very well taken cared off. The greens are so nice. You better be able to read greens.
I haven't been there in years because I moved away, but I will be making bi weekly trips there for sure. Membership rates are so great now.

It's a lovely course
The course is in great shape, with lovely Vermont vistas. So worth the GolfNow price. Pace of play was perfect. Had a lovely lunch in the cafe, between 9 and 10. Get the onion rings!
Love this course
Unfortunately, due to all the rain, the course was very wet. Had to be careful where to drive the cart. Front nine I practically had the course to myself . Got behind a foursome on the back nine that was very slow. Usually someone like that, as I, would let players play through. Have not had that happen on this course before. Thank you Crown Point CC for joining Golfnow as I could not afford to play the course otherwise.
