Simple layout. Good learner course
To be honest was expecting more. Layout is very flat and uninspiring. Greens were pretty solid. From the 3 novaparks courses, I’d def rank algonkian and pohick much higher.

We have just aerated the greens and will be pushing a campaign to encourage our guests to repair their ball marks and repair their divots so the course can be in prime condition as we enter into the growing season. Good Morning, We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the email noting the course closure. The players on the tee sheet are emailed each day when the course is closed or frost delays are in effect. We also have a course closure notice on our voicemail system and work to post on social media.
Decent Condition Good Value
Brambleton was a fun course to play. Not too difficult other than a surprise snow storm for a half hour. Not my favorite muni in the area - would recommend Twin Lakes (better greens and more of a challenge), but an enjoyable course for a relaxing 18 holes of golf!

Very good course
Great course. The course was in good shape considering it’s winter. Pace of play was good. Scenic course, with multiple long holes that are achievable for a beginner and challenging for a seasoned player.

Course is in nice shape for the middle of winter
The course doesn't have its nice green color that it has in the middle of the summer, but there were no bear patches or anything. The course was a little damp in places, but overall was nice.

Fun Course; Well Maintained
I just discovered this course. Pace of play is great. Conditions are better than other courses in the area - public and private. I will be back!

This is a nice, elegant, classy place. If you are a golf fanatic then this is basically your heaven. It's got nice green, lush grass all around, clubs and balls to make the experience great, and the nice people there who know how to swing! It's got you covered, from beginners to professionals, all can swing here!

Very good layout in good condition for the time of year.
Course was in very good shape, but the golfers need to fix their pitch marks on greens. I don't know what the problem is with NOVA, but people just won't fix their pitch marks (even huge ones that are easy to see).
I really like the layout of the course. Very different from the others in the area. Municipal course so the bunkers don't drain and the sand is more dirt, so I use my Lob Wedge to pitch out.
Fairways are ample, but rough is long due to rain.
Greens keepers roll the greens every day, so early rounds roll very true. Later rounds get a little bumpy due to pitch marks.
Overall, Brambleton is a lot of fun and I always enjoy playing there.
