Bunker Hill Golf Course

It’s a great golf course to play if you were white. Nothing but idiots that hang around a public golf course thinking they’re in a country club. If you’re a different race I would avoid going to play there. The people are rude and say racist comments and the staff there don’t do anything about it

I love this course. It is always in great condition. I live a few minutes away but I don't play here as much as I'd like. Every time I'm there, the starter is insanely rude and rushes you down to the tee box. He has people going off the front and back, which ALWAYS causes a long wait at the turn. As we pull up to the tee, we find 2 groups sitting there waiting. I would never EVER recommend playing 18 here on the weekends. The last 3 times I've played here, the starter has soured our experience before we even got to tee off. The rest of the staff is very friendly. Course is excellent shape for a public track.

Please don't waste your time playing Bunker! Why on god green earth would you send a traveling league off your back side on a Sunday morning when they are playing 18 holes and you have people making the turn! We teed off at 7:00am and tried to make the turn at 8:10 am to find 4 groups stacked on #10 when we were the 1st tee time off! When I asked for the manager the man behind the counter asked for what I asked him why he thought that was acceptable to do? His answer was we have to make money! Are you kidding me golf courses have never made so much money and had so many hacks on the courses! If you want a 5 to 6 hour round please by all means have at it I wont waste my time ever again!

First time playing here in a couple years. Conditions were excellent as always, even early in the morning the greens were very quick. One of the best-maintained public courses in the area.

Downside is pace of play. On weekend mornings they send groups (playing 18 holes) off both the front and back 9. Understand they’re trying to maximize the value of those weekend morning hours, but it guarantees you’ll never play in less than 4.5 hours. Heaven forbid you play your first 9 quickly, you’ll end up having to wait for 5 groups to tee off ahead of you on the second 9 like we did.

After arriving at the course and being rudely rushed by the starter, who claimed we were going to set him behind, we rushed to the first tee only to wait on the groups in front of us.

This place was so over packed with foursomes of seniors it should of had a sign out front for the nursing home open. What an obnoxious pace of play.

Only reason for recommending this course is because of the layout. But good luck getting out there When you can enjoy it.

This is an amazing golf course to play. This was my second time there & i will definitely be back.

The course is in great condition and getting better all the time.

Everything was good accept starter put people off the back ( front fully open) when we were making the turn. This caused us to be behind one hole and we were not able to finish. That's entirely unacceptable to hold up people making the turn when you could have put then off the front playing 9.

I truly enjoy Bunker Hill it is always in great condition and the improvements to the cart paths only enhances the course. Unfortunately my problem was not course related. I played with a three some and they were a lot of fun. When we made the turn, our cart was blocked by a golfer waiting to go off on #1. We asked him to please move his cart, he ignored our first two requests. During our third request he responded by telling us we could back out if we needed to move. The starter came over asked the golfer to please move his cart and he refused. The starter walked away. We jockeyed our cart back and forth until we were able to move. I understand we are all dealing with something during these trying times, but the starter walking away only perpetrated the problem, and reinforced the hateful behavior. Don’t bring your hate to the golf course, most of us are there to enjoy ourselves. Still enjoyed the course, I probably will return when things calm down.

Course is always in great shape. Played at 3pm after a golf outing and the course was in really good shape. Tough course. Don't think twice about it, play this course!

I have golfed here more than 100 times as it played as my home course in high school. It is by far the nicest public course I have played in the Cleveland area. Mid July and the fairways are lush and green, like hitting off carpet. For $20 early bird special, you can’t beat it!!

Course is great for us Senior players, with not much rollouts in fairways or short of greens, it plays longer than scorecard distance. Many greens a tilted severly back2front (especially #9&18). Big hitters can eat this place up, but fun for this 60+ player. Thanx to GN for the Hot Deals & I'll be back again this season.
