Challenging Greens
The greens were firm and fast. If you landed on the green good chance it went over.
pace of play is horrendous
didn't get to tee off until 20 minutes after posted time
Great but long
Found out that this course plays really long. Gotta smack your drive just to get to the green in two on most par fours.
Nice local course
This was my first time at the course and I will definitely return. i live closer to Maplewood but in my opinion this is a nicer course over 18 holes.
Great Greens, Fun Layout, Weird Start
I had the first tee time of the day. They made me wait until the third time so they could "let the maintenance guys" work.. Why have the time available if it isn't? So much for a quick round. Then two of the guys they stuck me with played the Blies and couldn't hit it past the forward tees. The second group walked by in disgust on the first fairway. The third gentleman and I split off and played as a twosome. We had a very enjoyable round. The course was a lot of fun and the greens were amazing for February.
Even after a heavy snow and melt the course was well drained little to no standing water and the course was mowed. We had a great golf day.
Auburn
Great coarse cant wait for men's club tournaments when weather warms up, great playing, even in winter.Better in winter than some coarses in summer!
Winter round
Very fast round of golf today. Course was kind of muddy but you have to expect that in the winter. Clubhouse attendant very friendly. It was a great round of golf for the money
Good condition for winter.
Was 31 degrees when we teed off but the course still played decent and was not to wet.
