About
The Riverbend Golf Complex sits along the Green River in Kent Valley, Wash. Owned and operated by the City of Kent, the complex offers a championship, 18-hole course and a mini-golf course. The 18-hole course is one of the busiest in the state with more than 65,000 rounds played on it annually. The golf course sprawls across a relatively flat landscape, making it easily walkable. Though it may not be hilly, that doesn't mean it's trouble free. There are more than 50 bunkers strategically placed throughout and three lakes come into play as well. The layout is player friendly, with enough variety to appeal to players of all skill levels.

Fun course
Course was in great condition. Pace was a bit slow because we had a group in front of us where all four were playing their first round ever. Although it was slow, it was great to bring new golfers to the game.
Great Day amid COVID pandemic
The staff was very friendly upon arrival and even let us go off early due to how open the sheet was. The only reason the course conditions didn’t get a 4/5 is because it was raining. Great round nonetheless and great value for the price.

Very Good Public Course
Flat course with enough thrown in to make things interesting, i.e., sand, doglegs, trees, water, etc. Not difficult but not easy, either.
Wet when we played (it is WA in the spring, of course) but the course was in good shape. Would have liked quicker greens but, again, it was a wet spring day.
Play time was excellent (a little over 3 hours) but, admittedly, course play was limited by the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
Definitely will play again.
In great condition
Course was well manicured. Pace of play was great due to the 2-some requirement of the Chinese Virus. Easy to walk, well worth the greens fee.

Fun course
Course was still wet but it played ok. Staff is friendly and club house cool. Course doesn’t play to long and has some water on the back 9. Pretty open fun course.

What a great day of February golf in the NW!
Pace was awesome and their was actually sun. Things are wet and the windstorm from Sunday brought down a lot of branches but the course was playable. All things considered it was a super day!

Excellent Public Course
Riverbend is an excellent public course for all player skill levels. Even though we have had above average rainfall this winter, the course was well maintained and very playable with just a few trouble spots. The staff is cheerful and positive and the restaurant is an excellent 19th hole to celebrate or commiserate over your golf game.

Was scheduled to play today but the golf course was unplayable.. how I wished I was informed earlier. Very disappointed with Golfnow.

Would not honor paid voucher
It's a sad day for me, I had signed up for the men's club and paid my fee. The membership included 1 free round and 1 free round on your birthday. I used my free round early in the year but they would not honor my bday round on my actual bday because they changed the rules for 2020. It hadn't been a year yet since I joined in March 2019. I spent thousands of dollars here, so much money and time here and to not honor a 20.00 voucher on January 2nd in the middle of winter.. I'll forever take my business else where.

Very over priced for a boring layout...not too much to get excited about here...you have to cross a busy road to get to the range...not worth the money...there are other courses that are a better value.

started late
got a nice price for a late start. Cart path only but i had handicap exception which they honored. course was dry and good condition

Needs modernization of toilets at fields
Love this course except the conditions of toilets at field is discussing, no sink to wash your hands plus none flushing toilets!
