Windy day at Tri
Course was in very nice condition - it was a windy day!
Golfer beware!!
If you have time for a 6 hour round this course is for you! No Marshall, no rules, no problem! Absolutely atrocious. This course is beautiful with the current shape of it but the lack of structure for pace of play is what ruins it.
Excessive noise due to adjacent airport and train tracks. Before round started there was a man standing close to the practice green who was cursing loudly with children and ladies close by. Staff didn't seem to care if we were there or not. The greens were in good condition, but remainder of the course wasn't in very good shape. I don't imagine that my wife and I will ever play here again. There were also some players near us who were playing their music very loudly. There was constant noise from the air traffic, and there was a lot of rail traffic that added to the noise. I give the greens a 4* rating, but everything else is a 1* or below.
Nice course and nice staff!
A friend and I drove up from PDX paired with a fun couple and had a fun round. Challenging course and great conditions. I left my speaker and the staff had it waiting for me the next day. Great experience & will be coming back!
Nice course with bumpy ride
Decent course with beautiful layouts. Too many small brushes that make your ball disappear. Accuracy is important.
Favorite course
It’s my favorite course. Challenging yet not unforgiving, and the conditions are next level. Fairways and greens are everything you want. Staff is great!!
Too much $ for experience -Move into 21st century Please
Course was in good shape. Pace of play was an issue on first couple holes and then again on holes 15-17. These holes backup everything. Round took 4:45. Way too long considering I can play other courses in the area in about 3:45. Clubhouse not drink cart on the course take Apple Pay. May be the only course left I’ve played in NW that doesn’t take Apple Pay. You can’t pay for your round or for a cart with Apple Pay. Have to give them a credit card or cash. Many of us don’t carry cash anymore or not much of it. The idea that there was no way for me to pay for a water, Gatorade or drink on course is kinda mind blowing. Felt bad for cart girl who’s relying on tips. Time to move into 21st century. Overall this course enjoyment for $56 to walk isn’t worth it. At cheaper price yes.
Great course
Course was in excellent condition. Tough today because of strong wind. Some of third cut rough was two feet high. Best to stay away rfrom it. Played in 3:45.
