Tri-Mountain Golf Course

I love this course because of the condition and variety of the holes that keep it from being boring. . It’s a great value. . My only complaint is that the pace invariably slows WAY down on the back nine.

No marshals, everyone just lollygaging around course.l Had to skip last 3 holes due to appt. A 4 1/2 hr round is unacceptable. No round shoud take more than 3 hrs. There is 30 min of playing time in a round. 1 1/2 hrs to walk course and rhen1 extra hour for what ever. People need to learn to hit from right tee and pick up after double bogey. They will be happier with score and maybe come back or as is the get discussed and quit and course losses revenue. We always play in 3 hrs or less at Lewis River. Greens in great shape

Greens had already been plugged and sanded and wow 😱 they were in beautiful condition!👍😎👍

Play Tri-Mountain a couple of times a month - greens are always great, fairways and rough a bit spotty in places, traps not very well maintained, tees somewhat uneven, very good chipping and putting practice areas, range is mats hitting floating golf balls into lake without a lot of targets, pace of play is very good, staff friendly, food service limited, decent value for the money

This course estly spring and mid summer is one of my favorite courses. Depending where the holes are located it's a hard challenge but fun.

The greens were true greens that rolled well. The amount of fairway bunkers and ponds around course add a challenge to anyone. Enjoyed the day.

The course and greens were very good. I ride a cart. It was in very good shape.

Another Bill Robinson flop. Bland, predictable, thoughtless design typical of Mr. Robinson. Too many stinking artificial ponds signals a lack of ingenuity. Poor turf and poor turf drainage signals incompetence. Little wonder the place went bankrupt when it first opened.

Fortunately people love to play golf, so they can get a steady clientele at a low price point.

A below average course. Most, if not all of the munis in Portland are better.

Course is a fair layout with mostly wide fairways with some areas of deep rough but greens are very good with good firmness, good speed and lots of undulation. Wind is usually present with good mix of holes with, against and with crossing breeze. Driving range is minimal with mats overlooking a lake, very few targets and floating golf balls; however, other practice amenities are terrific - 9 hole putting course and multiple chipping areas for all kinds of short game practice. Food and beverage service is minimal.

The boxes, fairways and greens were well maintained and in good condition. Chipping was a delight as the greens and green sides were very well maintained.

There were a number of bunkers that aren't being maintained and now play as ground under repair which was a bit of a disappointment.

There is no marshal or staff to keep the pace of play moving so it may slow down at times.
