Mount Si Golf Course
About
Located in the scenic Snoqualmie Valley less than 40 minutes east of Seattle, Mount Si Golf Course is known for its beautiful natural setting and panoramic views. The origins of the course date back to 1930s. The course that stands today is the result of many years of updates and improvements, and has become one of the most popular public golf courses in the area. The player-friendly layout is forgiving enough for beginners with only a few sand bunkers in play but it's more challenging than the scorecard would lead you to believe. The par 4s play short and tight and the four par-5 holes are the course's most memorable. The rolling landscape provides challenging breaks and tricky pin-placements on the greens. There are some tough holes but Mount Si is not an overly formidable golf course.

Good course with good value
Course condition was good considering wet weather. Wish green was better shape. Fairways was good condition. They made course length longer and I like it a lot.
Beautiful
What a spectacular backdrop for a round of golf. This is a hidden gem. Maybe not quite as testing as the modern layouts, but wooded, with Mt Si in the background makes a fall season round a pleasure. The course was in great shape. Greens were excellent,. The cart paths were a little old school, but I bet most people walk as it's definitely flat. The proshop and club house look like very nice cabins in the woods. I highly recommend this course to the average golfer, looking for a nice round at at very nice price.
Paul
Good course at the base of Mount Si. Very scenic surroundings Mostly flat but still presents challenges to the average golfer. Had recently punched greens. Putting is bumpy and sandy.
Disappointed
Have played here many times over the years but this time a lot of the greens were in poor condition. The course does have great views of Mt Si an gives you a great country feeling.Hopefully next year the greens will get up to par.
Labor Day golf
5 1/2 hours on any muny is too long, never saw a Marshall to improve pace of play. Some greens diseased and impossible to putt. Typically a good course at a good value, not so much on LABOR DAY.
Great experience
Beautiful views, friendly staff and great golf experience.
Not usual quality for this course
First, second and third hole greens were like putting in a sand trap. Appalling quality. Thankfully the rest improved after that though were still very slow to the point of having to smack the ball to get it to move. Consequently little break. Greens definitely need improvement.
What was the most annoying was the fact that there was no course ranger keeping the pace moving with up to 15 minute wait times, multiple groups bunching up per hole and people lazily taking their time.
Not the usual quality.
Great view of Mt Si
Beautiful setting, but greens could use some work. Very slow play, but it was a sunny Saturday afternoon.
Great day of golf
Had a very early tee time on golf now. Clubhouse was open late but it was early. I didn't mind waiting because I wanted a cart. Told the others waiting togo ahead if walking! BBeautiful early morning golf round! Can't beat it.Course was in great shape!
Favorite Course
Played here two days in a row last weekend. The greens are pretty challenging and the fairways are kept in excellent shape, considering the drought-like conditions. Pace of play was a little slow both days, due to lack of etiquette of the parties in front of us. One we got past them, it was clear sailing.
Great Time
We had a great time and completed our round in 3 1/2 hours.
Quickly becoming my favorite course in the Puget Sound
Had a great time here. Vistas are fantastic and the course is challenging but not insurmountable for a 15 handicap. I think the greens are in great shape.
Hot tee times are the way to go
Tee time at 5:45am, but only paid $17 with cart. Played 18 in a little more than 3 hours. If you're an early bird, it's a great course for the price, and the views are great.
Friendly, scenic course
Beautiful setting with mountains, trees and wildlife. Very walkable. Few lost balls. You'll score better on your return play.
Mt Si Challenge
My son and I played MT Si on Saturday. The weather was perfect and the course was in great shape. We both enjoyed playing as we both had good days the setting is picture perfect. The only issues we had were groups of 5 and 6 playing ahead of us. It really slowed things down especially on the back 9. Not sure why this was allowed but it was frustrating to have to wait for 10 minutes or more. They should have been broken into 3 groups.
Look forward to playing the course again.
Witty
Course was in pretty good shape. However, pace of play was frustrating. It seemed like the foursome two ahead was just goofing around.
golfing with friends
always a fun track and good for your ego
easy course to score well on ....but also can balloon your score quickly if you get overly aggressive
Decent course
Pretty decent track. Not too many holes where you can get in trouble. Greens all played very nicely. Fairways were firm and rough was cut down which made finding your ball easier. Pace was 4 hours for a walking fourball. Great views playing next to Mt Si and price was very reasonable.
A well mantained course with great mountain views
The only compaint I have is they use weird course markings. The red is 100 and the white is 150 which is standard. They have a 125 yellow and a 175 blue. Creates some confusion for newcomers. Also the checkered flags are harder to spot from a distance when the shadows apprear in the late afternoon. Installing prizms on pins will make using a range finder much easier.
fun and quick
Very friendly staff and very quick round. What more could I ask for, was surrounded by great views and golfing. :-)
