Like this course and will try and play more often. Was a good day. Did have a couple of slow groups in front of us but normal on a nice day.

I have played here many times before and if the timing is right, you can get 18 holes in under three hours. It can also get very crowded and dangerous, in this I refer to golf balls out of control. All of the fairways are next to each other and this course tends to attract new players just learning how to play golf. So Watch Out and don’t expect to get the courteous stray ball call out when one is miss hit your way.

The conditions were less than perfect which is to be expected since the weather has been so wet. The grounds crew does a great job keeping up on the greens, fairways and clearing fallen tree branches. There is work going on next to the 10 hole for the H2O retention pond and the 17th tee box has been relocated temporarily due to this work. I noticed a mower finally cutting the fairways and second cut, so work is starting to commence on a more regular schedule now that the weather is cooperating.

Fosters is an attractive golf course is spring and summer. There are many varieties of trees and plants that flower and all of them are well kept. It is an easy walking course so many people like to take advantage of that, thus making it a nice playable golf course when carts aren’t allowed on the fairways. I would like to see all of the carts taken away and not allowed unless you have a disability. This would speed up play and keep the course in a much better playable condition. The savings on $$ could be put back into the course and passed on to the public, lowering the green fees.

Don’t expect to warm-up at a driving range when you get here. The only practice facility on the grounds is a pitching green and a putting green. After your round don’t miss the 19th hole. Good food, lots of great beers on tap and the service is top notch. When it gets warmer outside the covered patio is a special place to have lunch and enjoy the views of the golf course. Every little bit helps keep our golf course much nicer for the new and retro hackers behind you.

Short track convenient to I-5 and straightforward design leads to many birdie chances. Fun and varied par 3's to otherwise easy par 68 Good greens in otherwise wet conditions.

Considering time of year course was a little soggy

After the wet weather Seattle the course was in pretty good condition. Still swampy in areas, but I walked the course without a problem. Stafff was very accommodating allowing our 5some to play together. Most holes are 300 yrds and lower, fairly straight with limited sand. Great course for someone just starting or working on their short game.

Foster is a great smaller course and easy to play. If you are a beginner, this course is the one you should play after you take your golf lessons. Also, this is a great place to take lessons.

The greens and fairways are always in mint condition. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It's a great course to play after work for a quick nine. During the summer it gets busy but that's because everyone wants to be on the course cause they know it's the place to be.

fun short course in good shape, the staff is great, makes it a fun outing, my wife and I play the course three or four times a year.

I play this course a lot with my girlfriends who are high handicappers. It's a walkable flat course with narrow fairways so you'll see people hitting errant balls off your fairways or under trees.

Great course for high handicappers and beginners.

Since it's flat it doesn't drain well so it's soggy in wet periods.

Greens are small but manageable

Fairways are thin since this course gets a lot of play

I go to practice irons and short game

The senior rates are good plus the Fosters card gives you discounts on future rounds

Don't miss eating at Bill Baroos the restaurant serves delicious food and at hole 8 you can phone in an order and pick it up at the turn, and it can be anything off their menu

I usually split their brisket sandwich and homemade potato chips

Course was fine. Had some mud in places but to be expected for this time of year. I enjoyed this forgiving course

Challenging and short - only one short Par5. Tight fairways and small greens but balls are playable if you miss a fairway. Mature course.

Even though this is a short course, it can be very challenging if you don't hit the fairways, Has lots of character and very fun to play. Many opportunities to make birdies. Love the club house and restaurant staff, great service and food. They also have a Great selection of beers

Had not played here in a few years, but really surprised at how well the course is. Little mud, but expected at this time of year. Kinda bunched up on the turn due to foursome stopping and not letting play thru, but not bad. Food and beverage is to notch, very comfortable clubhouse.

I have played Foster's numerous times over the last 6 years. I have enjoyed every minute of playing (even though I broke 100 just once). The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the course and golf. If you are looking for a fun course with some great views Foster's is the course.

Very short great location

This course is in excellent condition for all the play it gets. The greens roll very well. The fairways are healthy and the river appears several times throughout the round hoping to gather the errant shots. A round seldom takes all of four hours. We played in less than four hours on Thursday and had a foursome let us play through. Folks do tend to be friendly at this easy to get to course.

Played Aug 30, 2016 7:37am. Course in very good condition. Pace of play 3:50 min. There was a ladies tournament after our T time and no effect on our play. Thanks to the management.
