Course is in nice shape well taken care of some tough holes but a great place to play
green mower where are you
shame the greens looked like it had not been mowed for several days. these greens are normally slow but Saturday they were ridiculously slow. also needs a ranger bad to prevent groups pairing ip after teeing off separately to groups of six.. pace of play was a crawl..

Try to get a foursome
We booked for three golfers and Golf Now scheduled a single to play with us. I guess there is no way to know the single would be ignorant. He used profanity on every hole. He blamed his poor play on the course, the players ahead of us, the golf balls and everything but his poor ability. We determine why he was a single!
As advertised 4+ stars
Blackwood is a solid 4+ course. In my opinion, one of the best courses for value, playability and conditions. It does get a little tight in some spots. In that greens and tee boxes are a little close together sometimes. . But that didn’t stop me from completely enjoying my first time at Blackwood. And looking forward to returning again this year.

Course is in great condition - fairways and greens were great but the bunkers could use some work. Staff as always was very friendly

Soft but nice
course very soft from all the rain. thefairways and greens obviously have not been cut in a while... greens in as nice a shape as can be for being so soft.. footprints everywhere..
TOO HOT
the day was so hot we coud not play all 18 but the course was in great shape with all the rain and bad weather we have had. the greens we outstanding as always and the fairways were in nice shape again because of weather. I would play this course any time of year because of the care they put into the course.. please kkep up the great work because you have a player for life
