Downingtown Country Club

The layout is fun to play. The staff is great.

Many of the tee boxes are not graded flat so it's difficult to find a level lie.

The greens are super slow and not rolled so when you play here it will be a very different game.

They tried to maintain sand in the multitude of bunkers but it's quite hard underneath which makes for unfair play. The bunkers are well situated but in need of attention.

Very nice course in good condition. Pace of play was excellent.

Spoke to ranger about slow pace and 4 open holes ahead of 4 some in front of us. He did nothing. Round took 5 hrs.

Course is not difficult and for the most part wide open. Water on three holes. Staff was extremely helpful and they road around and gave water out as it was a really hot day. I got a tee time of 6:50am and was done in 3 hours. I was ion visiting relatives and enjoyed my two outings here.

Get those greens a little firmer and mowed shorter and this course could be real good and tough with some of the rough.

This course is great and taken very well care of. I will say though for $100, This course doesn’t offer as much in terms of cart or having people coming around for drinks. That being said as well, they don’t have the best structure for releasing players off the tee box. So it got very crowded very quickly.
