The was built by The Johnson Co. For there employees then donated to the city
Great lay out well maintained the fairways were a bit long but lots of rain lately the reason nice greens

Fivesomes everywhere
Love the course and the layout but the pace of play was horrible. They allow groups of five everywhere and it slowed our round to a crawl. I guess the money they are making is more important than golfers enjoyment . I’m assuming these groups are regulars , so this will never change . It’s sad because I had my lowest round at their course and I won’t be back. P.S. I was golfing with my wife and 87 year old mother in law , So you can draw your own conclusions.

Johnson’s Park
Another good day at Johnson’s Park. Greens were in really good condition, fast, fair , and consistent. Fairways were good. Bunkers need sand. Still, fun course to play.
