Slow but Ok
Tee off at 7am hoping to avoid slow play but didn’t tee off until 7:15 and was behind a group that was 1 and a half holes behind group in front of them. Overall course was in decent shape. Greens was quick and rolled nice. Good driving range and all other amenities you need. Just need to keep up the pace. We finished in about 4 1/2 hours
Average quality, above average price
9AM tee time. Start with no one at bag drop, and no starter. Pro shop direction was “grab any cart, load yourself, head that way and tee of when ready”. No one to clean clubs when done and no beverage cart. Water on course but cooler nozzles covered in black mold.
Tee markers were sticks that you couldn’t see from cart path and you had to count tee boxes from back to know about where to go. Several of my wife’s tee boxes just bumps in fairway. Fairways and first cut were fine. Greens were in good shape, still healing. Bunkers were wet and edges of bunkers not cared for. Several heavy traffic areas between green side bunkers were impossible to play from. Yardage markers in fairway were 6” sticks stuck in ground and several holes didn’t have any. No pin position indicators, Flag sticks had small flags to indicate position of flag but most were wrong or missing or flopping on bottom of flag stick covering the hole.
Disappointed in what are minor but numerous issues and won’t be back.
No thanks
This place is way over hyped, The fairways are in good shape, Tee boxes are crazy uneven, Greens are concreate but the speed was decent. In the end it's an okay course, but not worth the cost. Tons of options in this area just as good for much less money. Clubhouses like this are like walking back into 1978. Oh and pace of play was slow with no marshals. nearly 5 hour round. Wont be back
Great layout!
I really like the looks on a lot of holes. Water in play on few but generous fairways helps. As usual it plays longer at the sea level. The bunkers need some improvement. The club house is nice, people nice. At startup need some improvement. With so much rain, few holes -no carts, still acceptable conditions. thank you.
Great condition
Considering the amount of rain we had the course was in great condition fairways were very good condition and the greens were excellent
Great layout
Really enjoyed the design of the course. Challenging but fair. Will definately play here again. The one drawback today was the tee boxes were not marked. Had to guess where to play from.
Good golf course
Overall Bardmoor is a nice course. The price through GolfNow makes it affordable. It is unlike Seminole Lakes, which is close by and charges non residents of Florida an extra $20 to play. Greens were a little bumpy. Aerated about 5 weeks ago. At first they said cart path only but on our first hole, they came out and said we could ride off the cart path but just watch for wet areas. That was nice.
Good course.
Good course with cart path only due to rain. Made for a long day with no warning. Weather was 90 plus and humid. Pace of play was good. I would co e back undeR different conditions.
Awesome
Great course. It rained before we played and it was still an awesome experience. Course drains well. Find the fairway
