Bad Communication
Got tee off time Christmas Day at 115pm. Checked in at proshop. Was told by guy in proshop they close at 3:00pm and Teeoff.com should have notified me. Neither gave notification of this and wasn’t able to finish the round and did not get compensated. Called Teeoff.com who assured me they would get in touch with proshop and compensate me for the rip off of not being able to finish. Teeoff has still not called me back. The company obviously is not in America and the whole situation is unprofessional Par for the course these days with how people do business. Bardmoor should not book teetimes that late if they close early.
Ridiculously slow play
Five hour and 15 minute round. They overload the course and have no marshals to keep play speed up.
Pace of Play killed a good day
Because they have t-times set up every 7 minutes, its already crowded. Pair that with golfers who aren't knowledgeable of pace of play, talking 5 1/2 hours from t-time to completion. I don't know why all courses don't have rangers at minimum and maybe even something like pick up your ball after a double bogey....seriously
5.15hrs game; very slow. Course is okay but nothing special, fast greens
Extremely slow round
First 9 holes was 3 hours. Finished in 5:23 minutes. The course does 7 minute tee times which is tooo little. We had a 10:52 time and they were already 25 minutes late. We had the same experience the day before but were unable to cancel our prepaid tee time for today.
Very nice
This is a very well laid out course. We played it when they had a tournament and still went smooth it is a very difficult course. This is one of the best in that area.
Nice course, bad round
I wish I could have taken advantage of the nice fairways, but I had a bad ball striking day. But course is in very good shape.
Course was in good condition and enjoyable to play. Keep in mind that you cannot check in until an hour before your T-time! Also, they can be better in managing the # of people on the course, as it took 5.5 hours to complete the round on a Tuesday (if this doesn't bother you, go play). The other point is customer relations! The guy that checked me in didn't say a word as I approached the counter. The only thing he said, "can't check in until another 15 minutes. Come back in 15!". If you don't want to be there, quit! Granted, you only have to deal w him for a few minutes and then out to the course.
Course is good but unfortunately I had my headcover stolen
I’ve played bardmoor a few times but no starter plus a “league” had us starting 20 mins late. On top of that, pace was slow enough that I had to leave on 15 after 4.5 hrs.
To add insult to injury, whatever league that was playing on 11/26, the team on 10 at 10am took my headcover and never turned it in. Real classy.
