Definitely making good progress
I’m so happy to say this course is coming back very well. The man in the Pro shop on Sunday could be a little nicer. Definitely play this course again.
Great course
I loved the openness of the course . The rolling fairways and great views! I will be back!
Broadstripes
Played Broadstripes Thursday and conditions were really good. Greens and tee boxes were very good and most fairways were good!
Rough Fairways
Greens were average, some real good, some needing a little TLC. Fairways and Tee Boxes could use some work.
Course is not in decent shape at all.
Fairways and greens are in less then desirable conditions.
Very nice course, especially the greens
Its hard to find good greens this time of year in Florida but these were perfect.
Very nice layout featuring 175yd par 3 island. Very well maintained all around. Bathrooms cold water fountains, ball washers, nothing negative to say about this course.
Fun course
Everything was in excellent condition plus the staff were very accommodating and friendly would definitely be back
They have no tee times until after noon for Golf now @ $30 for 18. Water Oak, which is in much better shape, has much earlier tee times on Golf now for less than $20 for 18.
Course wide open
Greens were nice

Lots of houses - no trees so not much shade
Nice layout
This course was named Stonecrest and it is now called Broad Strips. Not wild about new name. The course has a good layout with many good holes. The par 3 holes are nice. The fairways need a little help but Florida is in a drought right now. Greens were fine.

Course was great for the wife & I to play, she is just a beginner so we were not pressed !
New Owners Same Goat Farm
New owners putting money into Pro Shop, flags, and other nonsense instead of the condition of the golf course. I feel sorry for the people who bought homes on the course and have to play on this goat pasture.
Conditions have went down.
We have played this course many times. I haven’t been there in a couple months. Last time we played there in January or February conditions were great. This time several greens had issues and fairways had lots of issues. I think maybe they spent all their money on renovation of the clubhouse and restaurant and not on the course. Very sad as me and my friend really liked going here.
