This course needs lots of turf improvement
I hadn't played this course in about 9 years and was surprised to see how much the turf conditions have declined. I know that Stonecrest has gone through some financial issues, and the fairways and greens sure have suffered. It's unfortunate because there's nothing wrong with the course layout itself.

Great Bones, Layout, needs TLC
We all love the layout, lots of fun and has great potential. Need a lot of TLC, seed…seed….seed. Dry grass, rough fairways, so so greens. Hopefully the new owners see what we see and take care of the Course. For this reason we felt the fees were over priced. It’s not a 50 buck course yet, both courses near the area at Southern Oaks and Del Web are much cheaper and in better shape. Like I said, great bones just needs help.

Nice course for the price point. No starter so the first tee was a bit of a traffic jam, but pace picked up after the third hole.

Fun Track
Played Stonecrest with three friends. Pace of play was great and the course is a beautiful layout. The traps were maintained well but the greens needed attention. Lots of variety in the holes and a surprising amount of contour for a Florida course. Overall a very good experience.

Stonecrest Golf course is in the best shape ever!
This course has improve 100% from few year ago, new owners have done an outstanding job with enhancement and over all improvement of course and practice area. The putting green needs some TLC.
