Greens were in rough shape, carts & cart paths could be better
Super convenient and affordable. Great course sans staff.
Good layout but Bad greens
Playing Plinko on the greens hoping it bounces in! The layout is nice! Driving range was cool!
greens need help
title says it all. I still like the course and will continue to play it
Recovering course
The course has a lot of things that are recovering. Almost all of the greens have brown dead spots and some even have large indentations that are filled with sand. The fairways are decent. The biggest bright spot of the course is the staff and clubhouse. Great and friendly staff in the pro shop and the restaurant. The food was also delicious!
Not worth the money!
There was only one or two greens that were decent. Fairways had a lot of weeds, bunkers had rocks and boulders in them. I was here in February and thought the greens were as bad because they burned up in the summer but had not come back yet. That isn’t the case, the greens are VERY bad.
This course has potential
Leave your putter in the truck. Greens have tons of sand and have been “under repair” for a while. I’d pay $45 for a round here, but it’s not worth $65, the course is going downhill. The staff/ranger are super friendly. Could be a cool place. But just left California paying these prices and the courses were in MUCH better shape.
Spend Your Money Elsewhere
Course is in terrible shape. Didn’t see the beverage cart. Not worth the money.
The greens were terrible and the sand traps were awful. There wasn’t even a rake by the traps but there really wasn’t anything to rake.
Do not play this Goat Trail until they decide the want a Golf Course rather than a pasture being taken over by nature
Absolutely the WORSE COURSE I have ever play. No grass on the greens. Nature is encroaching everywhere. No rakes in the bunkers.
You can tell the layout was great at one time. In the clubhouse all club champion awards stop in 2014. I believe that was the last time they tried to maintain this Goat Trail.

This place is a fricking goat trail. No grass on most of the greens. The Forrest is taking over the course.
This is absolutely the worse course I have ever played.
I believe they quit maintaining it over 5 years ago. Waste of money and time
Terrible shape
Everything from practice area, putting green and every hole on the course was as bad as it can get. Almost every green was dead, fairways sparse or bare and tee boxes gone. On top of all this, we were charged full price. No one in the pro shop warned us of anything. We played this course about 10 years ago and it was awesome. Apparently new owners are simply letting it go. Sad to see a great course wasted.
