First time playing the course. It was in decent shape even after being hit by a hurricane. Course can be tight so you must be precise with your shots especially on hole 17

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but people should be aware that this course really isn’t in any type of shape to be playing. Not a single green was in even passable shape. The fairways were unkept as well. Best thing was the cheeseburger that I grabbed at the turn (links course so i cut over at 3).

Just be aware that even $30 isn’t worth it.

I have played here many times and each time I have noticed small improvements around the course. Overall the course is in good condition but on this date many of the green were not in good condition with many bad/bare spots on them. Hole #17, a par 3, was closed because the green was unplayable.

Greens are terrible. Fairways have slacked. Tee boxes hardly have any grass to hit from. Not worth the money they charge or the time to play. Go play somewhere else until they get this course back in shape. Hard to imagine a resident playing here after paying expensive HOA fees for nothing.

As a current resident in Lake Forest, it’s sad to show my current HOA fees can’t keep grass on the greens or tee boxes. Course has fallen off and not showing any progress. Would love to play hole 17 but doesn’t seem like it will be any time soon. Overall not worth the money and would recommend playing elsewhere

This course has really fallen off. The greens are in terrible condition. Multiple tee boxes are lacking any grass whatsoever. Their signature #17 hole is completely closed. This course is not worth more than $15-20 max with cart, not in its current state.

The course called me and cancelled all rounds due to covid19 positive. Told me to call golfnow to get a full refund. But golfnow has no support number to talk to anyone or email to communicate. Followed golfnow instructions for cancallation before teetime and the app said my refund did not qualify. What does it take to qualify. Moral is do not use golfnow ever again if you want your money back even for legitimate reasons.

The course is in good condition, except the greens, which is the #1 factor in a real round of golf! This time of year the aeration should be minimally visible, but these had holes and sand everywhere, ccurate putting was impossible. Our biggest issue though was the starter telling us to go to the range and hit some balls, and had lined up several carts of a group on tee #1 though they had a later tee time than ours, we just skipped 1 and in driving to 2 tee we talked to a pair of golfers who said the management does this frequently! I won't be back!

Fairways ok, greens terrible, no water coolers out, ball washers covered up, one hole closed completely won't be back until things get back to normal with virus

The fairways were in poor condition but it was right after a night of very heavy rain. The greens were a mess and I’m sure some of that was the rain also. Plenty of bare spots and bumpy and very difficult to putt on. I have played here before and like the course but it needs some work quickly.

Fairways nice for the most part, greens had some bare spots and areas of severe poana weed
