Good experience
Colonial is usually a good golfing experience, but because of warm weather the course was crowded and pace was slow today. I generally enjoy my golf here.
Not what it used to be
The greens are hard, patchy and bumpy. Fairways are playable but not great. The layout is pretty straightforward and boring. They have lost the greens. Will not go back until they are fixed. The one bright spot is Barry Holt, the club pro. Super nice and helpful guy.
Course and Greens in Excellent shape
The staff could not be more friendly. I have never been to a course like this where they make you feel like family. The course was in excellent shape and the greens remarkable for November.
Highly recommend playing here often.
This course has a good layout
The only things that needs work on is the greens. Some needed cutting and some had patches.

Has a few greens with problems but still good value
Stay Away
The course is in horrible shape. The greens are hard and have very little grass. The ones that have grass are bumpy and inconsistent. Don't waste your money!
Poor conditions
We played for $18 through golf now. The course was very inconsistent, some parts bone dry other parts muddy and soaking wet. The greens were terrible. Maybe 3 out of 18 greens in decent shape. The rest were hard as a rock with numerous patches are dirt and large bumps. The layout is nice and the pace of play was ok as long as you can avoid the local players. We got behind 4 groups with 5+ players in each group. We ended up skipping 4 holes to get ahead of them and then coming back to play 10-18 after.
For the price it was ok but the greens were not tolerable, absolutely terrible.
Greens are in poor shape.
Ok course but nearly all the greens are in poor to unplayable shape. Hopefully they can get the course in playing order by the end of the fall.
Fun course
Fun course. Simple layout but challenging. Some greens not good but should get better soon.
Wouldnt reccomend any time soon.
They have lost the greens. No way I could play again until they have grass instead of sand.
Greens in poor shape
Although staff was extremely friendly, the conditions of the greens ruined the round. I paid $35 but felt like playing on a $20 course.
They admitted greens were not good when we checked in but they underestimated the quality.
We were allowed to go off an hour early but failed to say we would be following 3 five-somes.
I would not play here again.
Hidden Gem
If you have the opportunity..play this course. I was in town for business..but brought my clubs. I am so happy I did!!
