Repeat nice day of golf
This course is a hidden gem for the area. I say hidden because it's off the beaten path is the only explanation I can think of for this course not being packed on a daily basis. I've recently brought two different visiting family groups to play and each time we went out early without any delays for both rounds. Add the course being in great shape along natural beauty equaled two great days of golf.

GRASS EVERYWHERE.......
The greens are a touch slow but bent grass is not a friendly grass in the heat.....There Grass everywhere and less then 1% of the greens are damaged from the heat....and Mother Nature is not the best partner......she makes it hard on anyone trying to grow grass but these guys have figured out......

Good, Bad, and the Ugly
Good - Great golf course. Fun layout. Great Condition.
Bad- no one was policing the course,
Ugly- pace of play was terrible. There were very few groups on the course but at one time, there were 6 groups on number 11 and 12. Teeing off at 8:30 and finishing at 1:30 is inexcusable. No one driving around to help speed up play!

So much potential
The place has so much potential. Everytime ai go there I have the same thoughts. Staff could be more friendly, accomidations could be better, there is no drinking water on the course. Today was Cart Path only. They have that in place way too often. Especially when I pay for a cart through this app. There were 2 holes that needed to be Cart path only, the rest would be fine with 90° rule.

Course is back!
With all the rain this is one of the few courses that have kept their green cut, and rolling as true as they can from what I have played recently. Greens were still firm with all the rain and not as fast as July normally is, but very happy compared to some other comparable courses in the area right now. The fairways were in good shape with all the rain with no bad damage from golfers driving a cart through bad drainage areas. Also the rough was punishing, but not overwhelming for an amateur. This course has been on the mend for the last 3 years, and the staff has done a great job getting it back to where it once was!
