The Golf Club at Longwood

Loved the layout great job on the renovation.the only hiccup is my Garmin would not get an update on the course. Look forward to playing here again!

The pace of play was very good. The greens and bunkers were in very good shape (greens very firm and fast). Fairways and tee boxes were in average condition. I ldid like the layout of the new holes. However, for a course that turned private I would expect more. There are several public/daily fee courses within a 25 mile radius that offer as good or better conditions and are less expensive.

You can tell the course is in great shape and is being well maintained. It’s not a premium course but it’s probably better than what you get for similar priced courses in the area. Enjoyed the trees and limited water

The clubhouse and patio area are a real improvement from before.

Practice areas are nice.

Course still needs a little work. Some holes have cartpaths of concrete some are dirt. Greens are just OK but very hard, your ball will run so adjust accordingly.

Overall, they have done a lot of work and it's nice .

How do I get my app to update the last 6 holes on gps?

Nice new layout of 14 original holes and 4 new ones. The fairways and tee boxes were neatly mowed, and the greens were firm. I'm already planning for another visit.

The course layout is really good…the cart paths and rough areas need some more work/cleanup. The greens are better, but still pretty slow. I think they’ve made some great progress from the old longwood, but they just need to invest some more money to finish it out. It’s like they’re 80% of the way there, I just hope they don’t stop investing in the improvement because the current condition leaves a little bit to be desired for this price point. If management finalizes the improvements this course could be a top layout in the houston area!

Don’t believe everything you hear or read – Longwood Golf Course is actually coming along quite nicely! The course conditions are solid. It’s not perfect yet but they’ve only been open since November. Seems like they’re putting in some good work, and it’s making a difference.

Played course on Halloween 2024 ( yesterday), and found the course to be in overall good condition. Yes, there are areas that should be improved and probably will be based on how minor they impact play. The fairways and greens were in good condition when compared to area courses. The course provides challenging experience for all skill levels. Go play and enjoy for yourselves.

This was my first time playing here since the remodel. I really enjoy the new layout and practice area. Course conditions could have been a bit better for this price point but it has been extremely dry lately and there is a change in seasons so I am willing to give them a pass on some things. Looking forward to my next time back.

I haven't played Longwood in a long time. I heard they had remodeled the golf course and made many improvements. The golf course is in much better condition than the last time I played there. The redesign is much better. There is still some cleanup work needed around the golf course related to the construction, but it is well worth the $65 Weekday green fee. The staff was very friendly in the restaurant. Kudos to the owner!
