Longest six holes of my life!
Pace of play was atrocious. We quit after six holes. Two hours to get to that point. Too bad. The course was beautiful and in great shape for after the rains. Cart kid was awesome! Book your tee time first so you can play at your own pace.

Loved the course. Great layout, challenging but no tricks - except for super fast greens. do not get above the hole or short side yourself.

The course was so well groomed, just a joy to play. Challenging length and making sure not to miss the fairway. Looking forward to playing this course again.

Challenging
Not an easy course but definitely fun. Strong winds during our visit but still manageable.
Worst greens in my 50 years of golf.
Will not be back. Course layout is good but the greens super fast with ridiculous slopes. Greens are not very large and getting above the cup on any hole is almost a guaranteed 3 putt. You will hate the greens, especially on the back 9. This course is proof of how a bad golf course designer can ruin a nice piece of land. Good luck to you if your handicap is above 5.

Unexpected
Looking for a place to play a week out on GolfNow. This was available and wide open for times.
Looks remote on a map.
Worth the drive. Hard course especially from the tips.
Impossible greens. Real happy with it.

Greens are in great shape. Pace of play a little slow.
Awesome time!
We had a great time, tee time was 1130 and got hot. Course is well laid out and in great shape. Beverage cart did quit running a little after noon.
Silver Creek in July
Course was kind of 'funky' with twists and turns. The cart path is mostly dirt and rough. I'm sure it will be more fun the second time but that cart path needs to be updated.
Challenging layout, slow play
Course was in great condition The layout is fun and interesting.. Greens are smooth but very very sloped. Downhill putts are brutal! Stay below the hole, big-time.. The area also sees pretty high winds. Definitely not a course for beginners.
There was no beverage cart, so pack plenty of food and drinks.
Pace of play was very slow, unfortunately. Frustrating day. Not in a hurry to return, I'm sorry to say.

Greens are like greased lightning--very fast with many undulations. You don't want to be above the hole putting downhill. The ball doesn't stop if you miss the hole.
A very pleasant surprise!
A friend and I were visiting the Pinetop Arizona area for the the first time and found Silver Creek Golf Club on our golf pass app. We drove the 35 minutes from our accommodations in Pinetop to the course in nearby Show Low. Kind of an out in the middle of nowhere course, we were very pleasantly surprised. This course offers great diversity in its layout, the fairways were in great condition, and the greens were in amazing shape quick and true and challenging. This course was really better than we expected for a small community. We will definitely play here again. Oh, and the pro-shop staff we met were great. Not easy, but a good test.
