Nice course
Weather was very winding the day I played - but overall the course appeared to be in good condition. Would like to play again sometime when the weather was calm !
Silver creek gc az
In great shape from tee to green...greens are rolling 11-12 stimp..great layout...Gary Panks best.
Great shape
little gem
first time at this course. Hard to find - no signs on road directing you to course. WONDERFUL time. Course was in super shape - great fairways and fast greens
Country Setting
As a 1st visitor this was an excellent overall golfing experience.
Very well supported by the local community and was informed that a great deal of improvements were recently completed.
Personally I enjoy greens requiring skill to read, even though I'm not the best putter. Tiered greens on several holes are a hight light to knowing the course making club selection critical.
Show Low only has two courses and though I've not played there, I'm comfortable with recommending this course.
I've heard it rains in Show Low and each tee box has a little shelter a foursome can retreat to until the cloud passes....great idea!

Great course and great value
A definite must when in the White Mountain region!
WOW - What a great golf course and facility
I've played all the great courses around the world and I must put
Silver Creek in the Top 10 - Out of town about ten miles but it's worth the drive. Great Layout and fantastic conditions. You must play this course if you're in Northeast Arizona
A bit out of the way but worth the drive.
Clubhouse and Pro Shop only so-so. However, the course is an interesting layout in excellent condition. Lush fairways and fast greens. Two of the par threes are a real test at over 180 yards, and a couple par fours are also lengthy. If you're in the Show Low area this is a must play.
Worth the Drive
An nice out of the way Golf experience, with beautiful views an niccceee greens. My advice would be bring some rain gear just in case.... ;)
Nice course, tricky greens, plays very long
Course in beautiful condition. Car paths are dirt / gravel. Fairways perfect. Soft with very little roll. Course plays much longer than the true distance. Greens very fast with big slopes.

I play this course a lot. I never get tired of it. It is really a great golf experience. If are thinking of playing of playing here,.....do it. You will not be disappointed!
very well maintained
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our round. The course was in excellent shape, and it provided a fair challenge to both of us.
Enjoyable place
Silver Creek is a very good course for golfers of all abilities, though the greens can test the better players. Variety of tee boxes to suit your length, lush and accommodating fairways and slippery greens can be expected. There is a nice driving range and practice green if you like a quick warmup. While I haven't eaten in "Sandbaggers" for a couple years, it's was a tasty post-round place to eat when i have stuck around. Cart paths are a bit bumpy and if it's your first time at the course you may have difficulty determining exactly where to go to the next tee box. The tee boxes are well marked with yardages to the pin, and the fairways have markers every 25 yards to help you figure distance to middle of the green. If you see front (red flag) or middle (white flag), keep your ball pin high or below the hole -- don't go long! Some of the back pins (blue flags) are on small shelves or tiers, so leaving yourself way short can make it hard to 2-putt.
High Desert Gem
This course is located in the Junipers in the high desert mountains of Northern Arizona. It was in very nice shape and tested all our shots. I would rate it as moderately difficult with the greens being well undulated and fairly quick. I hit it in the green side bunker on the second hole and saw a cow Elk track going through the bunker a couple of feet from my ball. I wish I could have seen the Elk too. Some of the bunkers were crusty on the top of the sand due to the watering and then the heat drying them. That would be my only complaint as it was a very enjoyable round and I would highly recommend this course to anyone in the area to play.
Watch the Wind
Played Silver Creek twice last week. First time -- very windy which made the course very challenging. Second time, we played with just a slight breeze and the course had just been mowed. EXCELLENT condition and fun to play. Right level of challenge for all levels of golfers.
Great day
Love this friendly White Mt course and play every time we are in town.
cold weather--good play
We played on moderately windy day in the afternoon. The temp was about 55 to 60 degrees. Not a lot of players out so our play went quiet quickly. A real enjoyable course.
Wintertime
I've always enjoyed Silvercreek. It has a good variety of holes and nice greens. The course is currently groomed for winter play and in many cases it is better to play a bump and run or even use a putter from off the green. It's a good idea to dress in layers as the temperature will change throughout your round. Have fun and hit them straight. Dr. Green
Great course
Played on vacation, Not knowing the what to expect. We weren't disappointed! the Staff was great as well as the course. The greens were harder that expected. Over all next time up there we will be playing there again.
