Lake View Executive Golf Course

The back nine had temporary greens which were not even close to being usable. They could at least have cut them shorter. The front nine greens were still "coming in", were long, and bumpy. The superintendent just learned how to use the blade sharpener so perhaps the greens will improve in a week or so.

The greens were in very poor condition. The turf was uneven to the point of being lumpy. There was not a smooth putt for more than a foot or two.

If they can get the greens into good condition, this would be a fun, short course.

Course has been around for a while. Very friendly people but this course is probably not for your "pro type" golfers, but for us who enjoy peace and quiet, it is great.

I played it and for it being a executive course, it was very nice it been 3 years since I played it, and was surprised to see that they are working on it to get it in shape! The front nine was still a little shaky but still able to play the greens were still rough from the plugging, aeration and sandy, But the back nine greens were perfect they looked and rolled good and true to form. Heck they looked better then a lot high -end courses who charge 4-6 time the price, I only payed 10 dollars and it was well worth it.

Very muddy on most holes in the winter after a rain? Or is it always muddy in the winter from lack of grass growing????

Great place for someone like myself who has not played for years and needs to get back into "game shape". Easy to play, chances to use woods a few times. Fun little course.

Great for working on your short game. Greens were fast and hole placement was challenging. Course was a little dry and hard. Could use a little more watering, if possible. We had out-of-state friends with us and they enjoyed it as well. They want to play there again.

The greens had been plugged lately so they were a little bumpy, but fast enough. The course is rough, but with lots of long par 4s, unfortunately it was a little too we in front of the greens so shots seemed to plug if short.

Fun course if you want to spend a few hours working on your short game.

For the price it was worth it. Conditions of course were ok, but they claim to use reclaimed water and I expected better course conditions.
Got the feeling the course doesn't care for golfers that use Golf Now based on a comment that was made to us. We were the only ones there and they wouldn't let us go out early. Seems like with an empty course they'd appreciate any paying customers!

The greens had not recovered from aeration but would been more challenging. Not your typical executive course most par 3's over 200 yes and water and trees. Fun to play. Very friendly staff!

They have worked on the course since I last played it and with a lj t the more work it could become a very nice executive course. I will play it again great for short game

Great little course to walk or ride. A few lakes no traps just a fun little course to play. small undulating greens make if challenging. Staff is friendly.

This course is a good knock the rust off start to your vacation but the rest of the day should be spent at the Pahrump Valley Winery just down the road. Awesome wine tasting and selection and old school Fine Dining. Incredible Lobster Bisque and Brie for Two!!
