Pine Forest Golf Club

The course was in very poor condition. Several greens were in poor shape. Several fairways were pretty much nothing but dirt.

Horrible condition should only be 10$ a person

Have played a lot of golf over the years. Have never played at a place in poorer condition than Pine Forest. Absolutely nothing up to par from the club house to the carts to the fairways and greens. Played here a few years ago when it was kinda nice. Never again.

This was my first time at this course. I am a fairly new golfer. All of the staff was super friendly. We only played the first 9 holes, & the fairways & greens were a little rough, but I didn’t go with high expectations. I lost so many balls though, the grass on the sides of the fairways was really long. As soon as a ball wondered to the left or right, it was gone. The scenery is beautiful though. Deer, pines, etc. I would gladly play here again.

I didn’t get to have food or drinks so I can’t comment on that. Maybe next time!

I have payed this course several times over the years. 15 years ago the description was accurate. The course has since declined dramatically. An employee told me that the course has had 5 owners in as many years. Local word has it that it is going under. By all appearances it has already gone under. The course appears to have very little maintenance done. The greens had dried muddy footprints, the fairways have large mud holes throughout. The greens looked more like a second cut area and are so rough that any lie over 5 feet was a 2 put. A great disappoint for a local course that once was very nice. THIS COURSE IS NOT A DEAL even at prices below $20.

This course used to be in way better shape. I still like the layout a lot. But it’s pretty close to achieving goat track status. I hope steps are taken to improve this course. We still had fun and played a 3 hour round. Staff, facilities, and carts were great. For the money, I’d recommend another course at this time. But I’m sure we will end up playing Pine Forest again.

Course was in very poor condition. The greens were not cut and so fluffy your ball would not go 5’ if you banged it. Played 3 holes and left.

I was hoping I could get a refund or something to use towards my next round. Started raining on hole 2 or 3. Was forced to quit the because the course is not safe to drive on in wet conditions. Also it rain for about a hour so the course wasn’t even playable if it had been safe to drive on the cart paths.

This is top 5 of worse golf courses I have ever played. I would not waste my time here. Course is in bad shape and greens are like putting on your front lawn.
