Fairways and Greens good conditions. Odd that the groundkeepers where spreading fertilize and watering tee boxes so late in the morning.

Great course just played this morning love the elevation changes. It is a pretty challenging course but it’s taken care of well. Only thing was this morning when I played the tee boxes really need cut

Had a great day at Shawdow Glen today. Cous was in good condition, greens played nice and fairways were good.

I would give a perfect review even with all the new construction, but the cart girls don’t take cash and I wish they would have a bigger shower and locker room and a steam room and a sauna make it charge more and I would pay it so I could play and then go back to work.

$109 to play a half take. Care of course please do better

Played last Sunday, 10/5 teeing off at 8:20, our PoP was 4hr and 20 minutes.

3 of us, paired up with a single. Nice guy - not a great golfer. Slowed us down considerably.

I’m a mid handicaper, play once a week and was having a career day. Ended up shooting a 78. Btw - I think the course rating/slope on this place is way too juiced. Not a lot going on with the greens. On hole 7, a marshall swung by and asked us to speed it up. I appreciate that always and told him we’d do our best. Mind you - we hadn’t seen a group within a hole of us on the entire front. And we were paired up with not a great golfer.

Here’s the issue - on the back, we saw no one behind us for at least a hole or a hole and a half. Never saw a single group. On 16, the marshall gives us an absolute earful. A lecture for 3-4 minutes. Slowing us down more. I asked him if anyone is behind us and the guy reaches out of his cart and grabs me by the shoulder to continue on with his lecture. At one point insinuating we might not be welcome back. Give me a break, buddy. We clearly weren’t the problem - no one was within a hole of us. Don’t touch me. Go find the problem and solve it.

The course itself is fine. Some interesting holes. Greens were in ok shape, decent tee box coverage. Not a lot of break in any putts. Didn’t hit into a bunker once so can’t comment on the sand. Facilities are good. Everyone else was nice but giving us a lecture on 16, slowing us down more is just a waste of time. We finished under 4 hours and 30 mins. I shot a 78 and no one was behind us all day. Focus on problems not irritating your patrons who are playing good golf.

Had an early tee (7:15am)...staff couldn't have been nicer, from pro shop to starter, welcoming and friendly.

I played from the tips and found it to be a good challenge overall. The course was in decent shape with some rough spots in fairways. Greens were good, slow to start with the moisture but sped up as they dried off. Some major construction going on at 9th hole and adjacent to 17th but not a hindrance.

Staff is always great. Course was in great condition. Greens were punched 2 weeks earlier and were a little slow but rolled great.

Overall this a really good course but the ROI for the course isn’t worth a $120+ round. If this course was $80 this would be a 5 star review because the cons would make sense for that price.

Pros

- GPS golf cart in new condition

- Greens in good shape with no disease spots

- Fairways in good shape

Cons

- Driving Range isn’t maintained. Thick grass and no rotation of the hitting locations. I’ve been 2x in about a month and it was the same place.

- Tee boxes were really bad. No sand on the tee box to fix divots. Uneven lies ranging from hitting on an uphill, downhill, ball above feet, and ball below feet. There was one front tee box on a par 5 (hole 4) that was all dead grass. Many of them had long grass.

- Price. This course isn’t worth $100+ per round.

Course is in great condition and was wide open. Booked our time for Sunday afternoon on Saturday night. My buddy and I kept asking each other all day why is it so open the course is playing great. Check it out.

Outstanding course and beautiful facilities. The fairways are scenic, well manicured, and are often challenging due to uneven lies.

This course is easily on par with Star Ranch and Kissing Tree as the best golf courses in the area.

Great layout, with great amenities. The greens need some rolling and TLC.
